The , the chicken and waffles were hot and good. Everything else horrible. Slippery floor throughout the entire restaurant is not ok and a case waiting to happen. The order of Cajun shrimp had literally 5 small pieces of shrimp, was lukewarm to cold, and the cheese was not even melted into the pasta as if they just spread the shredded cheese on top and sent it. They supposedly close at 11pm but by 9pm they locked the doors and were cleaning up to probably clock out at 11pm. I had another issue but they said they are going to take care of it for me so we will see. Waitress was nice but this place needs more of….a lot of things. Hopefully things get better for this location.
What in the world is going on at this location? I used to frequent here A LOT but started going up City Ave since before pandemic and now I know I will continue to go there. Wyncotes location is HORRIBLE!!! They need reinforcement ASAP! NEW MANAGERS and possibly new training for the now employees. Went in to grab a quick bite to eat at the bar and waited almost 20 minutes for the order to be taken. It wasn't the barmaids fault. She was making drinks for every table in the place and serving the people and the bar and waiting tables in her area. She got little to literally ZERO HELP! She was moving sooo slow and I figured she was trying to pace herself the best way possible. But my order came out wrong and I never even got my drink until my 2nd appetizer came out..thats the 1st thing I should have gotten!!!! I had to wait until everyone else's drink before me was made and given to them for her to even take my order..so how was I still waiting for mine before the filk after me got theirs?... I will never go to this location ever again and almost ready to call corporate to give then more details. Chilis has good food and this is a great area to have a Chilis but not if they are lacking in the customer service department!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!We get there employees that were off were walking around with ski masks playing around with their coworkers that were on duty, our appetizers took 30 mins to hit out table, our entrees took 56min there were only 7 other tables to serve in the restaurant (they were far from busy)…….. they allowed a woman with a dirty dog to sit and eat every time the someone approached the table the dog barked so it clearly wasn’t a service animal, when the dog came from under the table it kept scratching (clearly fleas)…… @ corporate check your cameras on April 21, 2022from 3:20 - 5:10By the time our food arrived no one at our table was hungry we took to go boxes…… spoke with a manager she didn’t care she took of the drinks and my daughter’s burger……. I have pics my mug was filthy in was just horrible…. I use to live in the area it use to be ok now that place really needs to be shut down…………..
Horrible! My Honey- Chipotle crisper were hard as a rock! I asked for mash potatoes with cheese, I got my order no cheese just a bowl of dried up mash potatoes it was horrible. My salad barely filled up the container. I will never order from here again. Just trash. This is the worst Chili's location I have ever experienced such bad service.
TRASH! Came in to grab a drink at the bar with a friend. While sitting for 10 mins we watched the bartender walk from the bar to the kitchen multiple times and each time she didn’t acknowledge us being there. We watched as she delivered food to guests with her blond hair flowing into their food because she held the food close to her shoulder and her hair wasn’t pulled back properly. When she finally did acknowledge us , she didn’t introduce herself she simply asked “ what do y’all want to order”….she wasn’t attentive at all. The food was horrible! Wings was fried til they were dried and crisp( and no i didnt ask for them to be fried hard) and she forgot to put in our order of fries after i repeated it to her twice. This place needs help, not just with employees but with their training as well!
First and last time at this location. Ice cold food, drinks made wrong, out of half of what we ordered, meals came out with no sides and the waitress looked at us like we had 10 heads when we asked for the corn on the cob and fries that comes with our meals. People behind us tried ordering a diet coke and they didn't even have that. Worst Chili's location we've ever been to. Honestly know idea how they're still in business.
Wow! This place is disgusting!!! Were is corporate chilis at? Just, show up one day n walk the place. It needs to be shutdown, thoroughly sanitized n deep cleaned. It’s soooo bad n disgusting. Staff is nice, I feel bad they have to represent the poor product. FYI. Don’t use the bathroom, I rather urinate in the bushes outside n when u pass the kitchen, it’s a horrible dirty odor.
Despicable, Horrendous! I have ordered twice curb side pick up and delivery from this location and its a total disaster. You never ever get what you order if its a dessert they don't put the chocolate and caramels on the side ,( same for food ) utensils and the plastic on the food smell weed or when its curb side no one comes to give your food, they busy chit chating inside and once I got there they told me "oh they didn't know I was outside" which is a lie I texted the 800 number as instructed. Please stay away from this excuse of a restaurant or whatever it is....
Food was good. They are in dire need of help. Slow service at lunch time. Very considerate with my friends special needs Son.
I was there tonight! I had the 6oz Sirloin steak with the Avocado & Asparagus, absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! Kudos to the Chef!⭐⭐⭐?
