Almost every table was empty, yet they were giving 45+ minute wait estimates for larger parties, we as a party of 2 had to wait 20 minutes for a table that had been empty for the entirety of those 20 minutes. General manager claimed that short staffing was the reason, which in this particular instance is actually believable because they only had one waitress working who was also working in the kitchen as well. Apparently, according to the GM, two of the waitresses were delayed because of the ongoing parade in Center City, which severely delayed the public transit they use to get there every day. Food was very good though, which is why I give 3 stars.
IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD ! THEY DELIVERED MY FOOD AN HOUR LATE, IT CAME COLD! AND I COULDVE GOTTEN FOOD POISONING IF I DIDNT BREAK THIS OPEN TO LOOK INSIDE ! HALF OF EVERY MEAL WAS MISSING!!!! IF YOUD EAT THIS, THEN GO FOR IT
A good place for coworkers to destress with their 3/$10.99 trio. It was much more satisfying than expected. The service (a big YAY for Nay!) was great and so was their special $5 margarita of the month... The Jameson ?Hope I get back there for another!
Decent food but like everywhere else short staffed so it might take time.
I'm going to start off by saying the food was good. Our sever rarely came over to check on our table. There was Food on 3 of the chairs that had to be cleaned off. For this reason, I'm giving this location 3 stars.

Jose and David were AMAZING!! After a wait due to Covid vax mandates affecting staffing, Jose came in and IMMEDIATELY sat me. Took my order and bought me FRESH FOOD! Drinks were great!! Manager even comp’d 2 drinks for my patience!!! Great establishment, will be back ?
The cheese on the burger was so thin the fries was good and hot. And the sample was awesome. I order a long Ialand ice tea it was very light it look more like water. But the waitress was very polite.
First of all when I saw the dead water bug I should’ve left but it was my layover for a bus trip so everything else was closed. Secondly my food looked rushed. My son had 8 fries, I counted (yup idc) and the grilled chicken didn’t look fully done. The soft drinks were disgusting and I didn’t have any utensils for my order even though I specifically asked. No straws which is common sense to provide for a soft drink with lid. Chili’s in Maryland is way better. Never again.
The food was great but the noise from other people made it hard to enjoy my food.
