Excellent service. Crystal, Ashley and Marquis (? spelling) were awesome. friend, engaging and pleasant to talk to, even when the place got very busy. Joe W
Nice server and a decent Malbec. Tasty fries. Chicken cheese stake not memorable, except that it came out well before the fries on a stale roll. You play airport prices, but not many options on D Terminal.
Fun staff sexy waitress Great place
Worst restaurant experience Ive had in a long, long time! I understand there are worker shortages every where so I have become super patient. My husband and I got seated at the bar which was fine. Samantha was working hard to cover the job of 3 people. This undoubtedly has her stressed and angry. Anyone sitting at the bar knew so because she expressed it verbally continuously along with face timing her children. She made sure everyone knew she was ready to take a break and drink beer. We got the wrong order but were afraid to say anything to her. So we ate it. We never got napkins or utensils and she never got the refill of tea I requested. My buffalo chicken sandwich was terrible. The chicken was pressed meat and the bun was hard. Our bill was $63. WHAT? Again… we were afraid to say anything to her. The fries were good! I will never eat here again.
I had great food and a great bartender. Got a little too close for comfort but I enjoyed my lunch!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Horrible service (the server actually got ticked off at me after I kindly reminder her she kept ignoring our table and only serving others around us). When I reminded her that we’ve been here longer than the three tables around us, she snapped “I’ll get to you OK!” When she finally came over she started giving me more lip about how busy she was and yadayadayada rolling her eyes and then walked away not taking our order. So I go up to find the manager and that was worse!!! He just shrugged his shoulder. The place was only 1/4 full with plenty of servers ; bottom line, horrible management and zero leadership! Two African American women walked out for zero service and the Hispanic couple behind us was also getting the lip for lack of service they were getting. So, the obvious trend - Race (I’m half Asian). I finally had the bar keeper get us our drinks and we promptly drank them and left. Since a star” is required, I’d give it ONE BUT IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE, it would BE -100 stars. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY HERE! 100 yards down is a much better joint! HORRIBLE! I’d rather starve then eat at any of their horrible establishment
The food looked good but unfortunately after paying baggage fees, money if you want to upgrade your seat, etc, I couldn't buy anything at this location with the prices! With the price of everything increasing there's an imbalance in the money you will have after the fact. Quantity and quality are down!
It took one hour to bring my chicken sandwich, which is literally 3 chicken fingers on a hot dog bun with a honey mustard drizzle. No topping, no fries, just chicken fingers on a hot dog roll. One hour. At an airport.
I walked up at 5:30am for service, because the website says they open at 4:15am. The staff was extremely rude, and literally laughed out loud in my face as they told me they couldn’t serve me “until we are ready, which could be at any time” I love chickies, grew up walking distance from the original. I probably won’t ever go back to any location after that experience - worst restaurant experience I (n)ever had. CPK staff a few gates away was very friendly and was well stocked with a full bar.
First time the staff was rude. Asked for Stella and was told do not carry. After paying our bill and heading out walking past the other bar side. I see it’s on tap. All they needed to do was walk to the other side and and get one. Big disappointment.
