I just left now at 9:28pm on 6/3/22. The milkshake was the worst I have ever gotten. It’s usually thick it was so watery. They started handing out orders in the drive through to the cars that were all the way in the back even though we were waiting in the front of the line. This prevents the cars from the back to leave if cars in the front of the line are still waiting for orders. Truly disappointed in my experience today!

I went through the drive through. It used to be fast, the last few months it has become problematic. The food does not come out in order so they have cars get out of line and park somewhere else to wait for food. If the order is incorrect you have to get out of your car and walk back to door where food is being prepared to give out. If it is raining, you get wet. If you ask to stay at the drive through, they yell at you that you can’t because they can’t serve people behind you if you are there. Very poorly run, I won’t go back.

The customer service here was terrible on my last pick up order. I ordered through the grub huh app and came to the store for my expected pick up time to be 8:25 pm. I don’t even get acknowledged or even asked if I was picking up food while others around me were. I wait for at least 5-10 minutes before I went up to ask about my order. The person at the front tells me that it is not “ready.” after I give my name and show my order. I give the benefit of the doubt and wait. After waiting for some time I go up and ask about my order again to the same person, only to be told that my order was “not processed” despite the grubhub app clearly saying it was ready for pick up ten minutes ago. After that I am told to wait once again. I wait almost ten minutes, and so I ask about my order to a staff member at the counter, who tells me I needed to be “checked in” even though I went out of my way to do so when others who used services like Grub Hub were acknowledged and asked if they had an order for pick up; I never even got so much as that. I then learn my order was just sitting there for three minutes, and I don’t even get an apology on my end. I visited this chick fila several times before and never dealt with such unprofessional customer service. This makes me not want to eat here anytime soon after that.edit: being greeted is one of the least of my worries here. very least anyone could do is ask what i am waiting for instead of having me go out of my way to ask when others were acknowledged as they came through. Instead, I was left waiting for nothing. lack of communication is the bigger issue at hand here.

This is probably the worst chicfila ever. So slow. Super slow. I waited 35 minutes for my food and they weren’t even busy… people who arrived after me got their food faster. And I ordered before I got there. Also the chicken noodle soup is always old and rotten… you can just tell by the smell

At one point this location was so great with costumer service and speed. However, it has been really bad the many times I go in the morning and evening. Be prepared to wait over 25 minutes for just one item. I use their app to order food and still it takes FOREVER. Don’t ever go during your lunch time because you won’t have it on time. Please take your money to another Chick-fil-A

They prioritize their drive through over their dinning in customers. Got there at 7:06 and waited behind one person to order, this took 20 min. By the time it was my turn to order the cashier walked away and started filling straws. I than waited until 7:58 before getting my food. Once I got my food, it took another 23 min to get my milkshake. Worst experience I have ever had at a chick fil a.

I called to order a nugget heart tray. I left a message. The next day I got a text from a manager. Took my order, had my tray ready and waiting for me . Employess were polite and cheerful. Great store. Whitman square location.

I had to say my order 3 times!!! I ordered at 4:27pm after waiting 30 minutes in the drive they. They asked me to pull over at 4:45 they brought me a wrap that looked like my 5 year old made. The manager was unapologetic and didn’t offer any courtesy card for the wrap that looked like trash and the long wait. The manager had poor customer service!!! Look at this wrap I would not serve this to my dog!!! I will never come here again!

The worst experience I got today. I ordered a delivery trough Uber eats. I got a drop of cheese sauce and undercooked fries with oil taste. It was really strange, because some of them looked too fried. Previous time everything was really great and tasty. I don’t know what happened today.

I am utterly shocked to see you guys making your workers work outside today in the drive through. It’s 20 degrees & snowing. If you guys are that worried about peoples wait in the drive through then make a 2nd one… like most other chik fil A’s already have. Insane.
