This is one of the worst locations. Do not waste your time. The girl who took my order acted like she did not feel like it. She never asked if I needed sauce. I was sent to the cash box only for the IPad to stop working. I tried to pay at the front and they told me to move all the way up near the dumpsters. 5 mins later someone came to get my money after seeing a huge RAT on the ground where I began to lose my appetite. I told them the sauce I wanted and when I was given the change the person acted like he could care less. When I received my food it was without sauce and no straw or spoon for a milkshake....usually I would not leave a review but I have been not pleased with their service for the past 6 months....ENOUGH IS ENOUGH....I should not have to go far outside of the city for good service

The service is terrible ! I don’t know why I bother . Either my order is missing something or something is cold. Now today I’ve been waiting over an hour for my food through Uber eats . I never have this issue with any other chick Fil a locations . I’m never ordering from here again . I would advise others not to as well
Restaurant not customer service at all. The food not good at all. If you complain to customer care they still not customer service. No results on my Complaint.I don't know what the Hype is about there food. They make alot of money off customers and go by there policies. They will argue you down to get their point across. Owners need to check their staff.
The service is like no others. But that chicken isn't like any other chicken I've had. Not a fan of that chicken. Love the shakes and those waffle fries.
I give Chick-fil-A all the praise ?. The employees and managers do a great job. There is always a line in driver -thru. They have customers doing pickups my mobile ? doordash or whatever , I don't do the delivery apps. They seem to handle the rush very well with smiles and efficient times. Very much appreciated. Someone has a very good franchise and in convenient locations. I also appreciate that they reserve every Sunday off. Hopefully they are compensating their employees for the wonderful work they are doing for the company . I don't work for them or know anyone that do work for them. I like Chick-fil-A, but recently, I kept expecting this. I always order the breakfast burrito. Lately, they continuously roll the burrito in a way; when you eat it, it's all chicken, all hashbrowns, all eggs. The ingredients are never spread evenly together. This has been happening for over a year now. If I place my order through the app, I have to open my burrito and reroll it before I eat it. If in the drive-through I have to mention to the person taken my order, otherwise it comes out as I described. This is starting to become a trend at the majority of Chick-fil-A's I've been to over the last few years. I know this sounds like a minor inconvenience, but I shouldn't have to reroll the burrito. My experience should be this. Pull the burrito out of the bag, unrap the burrito, take a bite, and experience pure happiness.I'm giving a rating of 3 stars because even though I love the food, the inconvenience of having to consistently reroll my breakfast burrito has become annoying. Especially if I'm in a rush.
