Very disappointed. Chose Chez Collette for Mother’s Day breakfast and the restaurant was only offering their buffet which was not good. The servers were also overwhelmed and fighting with each other. I don’t blame them as much as I would whoever was staffing or allowing large parties to make reservations when the restaurant was incapable of offering good service.
Our server was very professional and sweet. She made the experience special for us. We will definitely be back!

Chez Colette was a great venue to host a large party of 13 out-of-town guests at the Sofitel Hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffett ($22/person) that had an assortment of savory and sweet options. There is hot food of bacon, sausage, eggs, and potatoes and a cold selection of cheeses, antipasta, smoked salmon, and fruits. A whole table is dedicated to breads and pastries. The wait staff is very friendly and prompt and they were very attentive.
Wonderful breakfast buffet on a Saturday morning. Great stop when you stay at the hotel before you head-out on the Philly adventures. Food was fresh with a wide variety of excellent choices. We'll be back.
I searched here for brunch. Received confirmation & was excited to celebrate our engagement with close friends. My guests arrived before me & were told that it was the restaurants first day open and our reservation was canceled, they’d be happy to serve us tea not brunch. WHY WOULDNT SOMEONE CALL to inform us we did not have a reservation????? They sat my guests in the bar even though the restaurant was OPEN. When I asked to speak to the manager HE SAID IT was MY FAULT BECAUSE BRUNCH IS OVER AT 12 (not what the person that seated my guests said) and our reservation was for TEA. Excuse me, but where does it say “tea” ANYWHERE!? The fact that this “manager” told me it was my fault angers me and trust me I will NOT be back. No apology no “may I buy you a glass of wine? Etc” No SERVICE from this man. BUT I give credit where credit is deserved: Ed at the bar was AMAZING and he was so pleasant & kind to my guests that he is THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED. Ed should teach the “manager” how to treat guests
Very nice breakfast buffet at reasonable pricing ! Only disappointment ran out of smoked salmon ! Disappointing
It was My husband’s birthday. The server was fantastic! We had the Buffett and he was attentive and funny! My daughter was a fan of everything! We will be back!
Generous portions, tasty and well presented. Good selection. Service was prompt. Overall terrific breakfast
Food was fine. It is a hotel lobby restaurant basically. Not that special but very functional
