Eclectic menu. Lots of fun. The space is vibrant and the food is pretty good. Some of the options we ordered were on the salty side. Almost overly savory, if you will.Service was exceptional. I would go again, trying different options. Maybe the noodle bowls.
Update: Went back, still fantastic, the server named GG was beyond helpful with the drink menu, definitely will be returningThis place was fantastic. Great sushi and great Japanese fusion dishes. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try something new but also wouldn't mind sticking to the originals. Staff was super friendly and the drinks were great. If you're looking for a new spot to enjoy some casual food and drinks definitely check Cheu out.
A MUST HIT everytime im in Philly now. Insanely good and its damn near impossible to beat the happy hour specials!
Loveeeee this place!!!! Everyone is super friendly & the food is always amazing. I always try the “specials” since it’s something different but we love the scallion rangoons & garlic wings to start off, & the brisket ramen and chicken katsu sandwich are our fave entrees. The cocktails are also so tasty.
My taste buds are happy!! Land and sea sushi roll was delicious and the brisket ramen warmed me up. Absolutely worth the trip.
The service was outstanding, even on a packed valentine's day I was really impressed with the attentiveness. The ambiance was cool, although the music was extremely loud, and the tight seating was far for a romantic vibe. The stars of the meal were the charred scallion Rangoon's, and sauteed noodle dish, with an honorable mention to the Brisket Ramen. The sushi was great, although the crab salad on the land and sea roll was stronger tasting than I expected. The chicken lettuce wraps were the poor performers. The chicken was dry, and the ration of sauce they provided was inadequate, and overall left us feeling they were fine at best.Overall a great meal, and I will continue to go back.
Great food, great playlist, great staff. LOVED IT ALL!
Only had the ramen but it was delicious. My only mild critique would be that I would like more broth. Flavors were delicious. I did get kimchi added since I like things spicy.
I highly recommend this place to eat, specially the chicken wings. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
Where to start. This place is a gem. I would road trip from NYC to eat here again. Cool booths ....And we found a wine we are now obsessed with getting. The Pac Man buns were perfect. The Charred green beans delicious. Spicy lettuce wraps ...a great mix of textures and heat levels.
