So Champ's is normally delicious and well worth the money. I just ordered salmon for $12 and eggs for $2. They said the salmon has an upcharge, I'm sure due to COVID. Why was the salmon 1/4 piece of what I normally receive for a higher price. I called and no refund, no credit, no nothing. Lost me as a customer.
The food is delicious and the staff is very nice but DO NOT order ahead through DoorDash. Clearly they cannot handle it. Every 10 mins they tell me I need to wait another 10 mins. Once they refine to doordash service it’ll be perfect.
Ordered the grits platter through uber eats. Asked for salt, pepper and butter on the side. Got my meal, and there was salt, pepper, and butter on the food lol. Also the grits were basically floating in butter. They were greasy and yellow, I didn't even add cheese to them. The toast and sausage were ok. Can't really mess those up, going to pass on this place.
i always order through uber eats because i work far. They are the best breakfast sandwiches. i have ordered more than like 25 times i believe. they never dissapoint. only 1 time they have made a mistake, but it's okay. I get sad when I can't order from them through uber eats. I love their iced coffee also. Honestly worth the wait of the uber.
The food and customer service is great but I can’t give 5 stars because they don’t follow directions. The first two times I’ve ordered I asked for toast with butter and jelly and got toast with one side butter and one side jelly. So from then on I put in the instructions “butter and jelly on each toast please” but still I get this (picture inserted) I’m 8 months pregnant and like my food a certain way. Please follow the directions that the customer gives. Thank you ?
I was hungry and seen alot of folks standing there, so I figured it was worth the wait. Those homefries wasn't all that good. I don't like burnt onions. I would have ask for another but I was long gone.
First time ordering from here read the reviews on line and decided to order breakfast and it was awesome. I had the BLT and my son had the beef bacon and eggs both were yum specially for what we paid for it exceeded our expectations. I will definitely recommend theses guys and order again. Thanks guys
Usually if I’m in person the food is good ?? my sons love eating here. On Uber eats is a different story the food always burnt the chicken and waffles was a burnt chicken patty and the waffle was in edible.. I rated based off the fact that the food is good in person I always get a breakfast sandwich and tea
I’ve ordered from here twice so far. The food has been pretty good. I will order from here again and take pictures next time.
I often go to the hair salon on Cecil B Moore and when I do...I stop for breakfast at Champs. Always good - fast- service and never had an issue with the food. Got a BLT this time and it was a quick delicious breakfast. They gave me a generous amount of bacon. Most places I usually have to order EXTRA bacon which can come out kind of expensive, buy it was just enough. Stop in for your breakfast orders!
