We were there on Tuesday night, at about 6PM and we the only visitors. The buffet food was not fresh. It looked and tasted that it sat there for a while. But that didn't bother us much since we came for the meat. The Meat was from the oven, but barely warm. When the day is slow, the meat stays warm the whole day and gets dry. That was our experience. I was ashamed that I brought my friends there. If you decide to go there, make sure you come during a busy day and all should be fine.
Food was ok!! Service was bad! Had about 6 waiters and they was all sitting down the whole time we was there! Only came to our table once to bring our drinks! Your better off going to fogo de Chao where the service is excellent and the prices are pretty much the same! Chamas charged us $40 a person and fogo de Chao is $42 a person and the quality of meat is much better!
This is one of the best Brazilian steak house I’ve ever been to ! Great atmosphere, amazing ambiance with a side of amazing customer service. The food is the freshest of the fresh not to mention the delicious meats they bring to your table !!!!! I am surly impressed and grateful for the opportunity to dine exquisitely at this beautiful establishment. Hope you guys open one in university city aka West Philly ! Continue to flourish and serve great food thank you to the owner and amazing staff ! ?
I've been here many times with my partner who is Brazilian. When we go, he always pays and speaks for me since I don't speak Portuguese. I never payed attention to the price since he always pays. One day a friend of mine and I went there for dessert. We both got a slice of cake and we paid $10 for each slice of cake. We are both white guys. I went back with my partner and we got a slice of cake. I paid this time when my partner who is Brazilian was with me and I was charged $5 for the same cake. The food is good but don't go if you're not Brazilian. You will be charged double.
Went here for the first time on Valentines Day. The food was great all the meats and they have a large hot and cold bar. All the staff was very friendly and attentive would definitely recommend trying this place! I will definitely be back!
The best ground beef pastel! Great employees! I am brazilian and I felt in my home!
Great food and service. The meats are delicious. 5 stars. Great spot in the northeast.
We were seated quickly and our drink orders taken immediately. Then we were able to get plates at the buffet, where there was a variety of salads, meats and delicious rice and beans. After we sat down, we were brought a series of grilled meats at our table. Everything was fantastic! Save room for dessert.
My own experience was a 5, but I can see why some people do not have 5 level experiences. Unless you can eat a lot, it's better to do takeout and get around two full styrofoam containers, which came to 4 good-sized meals for us, about half from salad bar and half from the skewers. Everyone was tasty, meat was tender, but you can only eat so much meat at one time.
We went to this restaurant on Tuesday night at 5 p.m. when we walked in we were greeted by a young lady who seated us. We were told to help ourselves to the salad bar which we did. We found that the salad bar was a little lacking compared to other salad bars at steakhouses we have been to before. Also, we were asked what we would like to drink and we both asked for water with lemon oh, the waitress bought us two bottles of water with two glasses with no ice. Then to the main course, which was good the meats were tender and well seasoned and nice and hot. Everything was going alright then until a couple little girl start running around the restaurant and screaming at the top of their lungs. When we looked around the mother was just sitting at a table up front on her cell phone and the staff just stood there and watched. I guess maybe we're a little too old for a place like this because we are not used to sitting and eating dinner with children running around and screaming. I would go back to this place for the food but the atmosphere was not the best.
