The staff has been really racist and xenophobic towards us for no reason. We went there at 7pm to grab some drinks. Many of us were international students and one of us didn't know international IDs are not valid but only passports. The waiter told us he could stay as long as he wasn't drinking. When our drinks arrived, we decided to play a card game. We were making space for the cards and we kept the tones low not like other tables. The one without a passport moved a glass to make space. He didn't even take a sip or anything like that. The waiter came to us starting to insult us and calling us as**oles. We just tried to explain what happened and we didn't even fight back. Soon after, he brought us the check and we paid it. When we were leaving, the waiter started yelling at us "have a safe flight back". We have never been so disrespected anywhere and all of these insults and comments were completely unnecessary. The staff should be ashamed of themselves for treating foreigners in that way. Probably the waiter kicked us out as soon as our drinks arrived to get paid and make room for other customers. What a scam.

the old fashioned was only alright, it didn't have a cherry at all. the pretzel and nachos were bombass though.
One of my favorite bars in the area. They're pretty friendly. Although they're usually a little understaffed when I've been here for quizzo or during philly sports games.
We sat outside on a busy Saturday night and expected mediocre service, but our server did a great job. We didn't eat but judging by the number of outgoing food deliveries, it must be good
Had dinner In the basement area here and the food was great. I had wings and the French dip which was on point. Bartender was great. Good service. Good meal. Lots of TV’s to watch games.
I may have visited on a bad night but staff was rude and my French Dip was served without onions. I even waited for another drink for over 20min before last call as the bartender hung out with her friends. I won't revisit.

This is a good center city multi level bar. Its a very typical pub and sports bar. Its a great place to go watch a game or have a happy hour with friends. The staff always seem pretty friendly and the food is what you would want and expect and hit the spot after a few drinks. They don’t try to be something they’re not and they execute well.
So I stopped in with some friends for a few drinks. We got our first drink after giving our IDs and proof of vaccination. We ordered a second drink and the same bar tender (Mary) asked for our IDs and cards again. I thought it was weird and informed her we had already purchased our first round. More friends came at this point (5 in total) and they waited as the bartender was nowhere to be found. Turns out she was more focused on getting herself a few drinks instead of taking care of us. We then waited 30 minutes to close our tabs and luckily the bar back was able to bill us out as she was too drunk to notice us at this point. We wanted to stay longer but couldn’t get a drink.
