I love CAVA bowls; they’re very similar to Chipotle, but Mediterranean style! However, this location in Philly is the worst one I’ve been too - I’ve gone here about 3-4 times, and it was messy and unclean every single time. I always see flies flying around, which is unsettling because the food is unsealed and exposed, like a buffet. And honestly, the food itself never tasted fresh. The ones I’ve visited in New York and DC were beautiful, the workspaces were much cleaner, and the food was of really excellent quality - I’m not sure what’s happening at this location, but everytime I go I’m just a little grossed out. It’s a bummer, because CAVA is generally really good.

Cava never disappoints!! The line was long but totally worth it. I will say it did move pretty quickly. Food is always delicious no matter what I get. Created my own bowl. Super greens, brown rice, chicken, roasted red pepper hummus, tzatziki, crazy feta, corn mix, cucumber/tomato mix, pickled onions, olives, feta, fried pita, and lemon tahini dressing. Soooo good!!

This is where you wanna go for lunch. Fresh Mediterranean style chipotle vibes. It’s the place that has the amazing crazy feta and harissa in Whole Foods.

food is usually pretty good here. only reason for not giving 5 stars is solely due to how rude and aggressive one of the female managers who was working on 5/6/22 around 3pm here is. she literally won’t even look you in the face when making your order, will roll her eyes at you and literally *throw* spoons of the toppings onto your bowl - not exaggerating. really disrespectful

I’m shocked that staff is serving BURNT food that belongs in the trash. The roasted chicken and vegetable toppings were inedible. I love the other locations though, where this is never an issue.

A very yummy spot for something quick that is healthy and different. The grain and greens bowl has a lot of options that you can include in your bowl and they also have a lot of options for drinks. Their service was very quick and the workers were very nice as well! There is not a lot of room for siting and can get crowded quick if you are waiting in line.

Love their food but it is consistently 5-10 min late. Make sure you leave later than planned or walk slowly. On the rare occasion it is ready in time, you can't pick it up yourself! They have a shelving unit blocking in the pickup area so you have to wait for one of the incredibly busy employees to notice and hand it to you. By this point I have typically been in the store for several minutes unacknowledged.

Ordered 6 items for delivery to the hospital I work at, only 2 items were delivered. When I called customer service, was told I would only be refunded 50% of the order because that is “Cava Policy.” Huh?? I would blame DoorDash for the error since they delivered, however the order was placed directly through Cava, and my coworkers informed me after that they have had the same experience 2 separate times. It’s always orders directly through this store, and they’re always missing the majority of a large order. You’ve lost a lot of hungry nurses’ business!

This place is absolute trash. The food is good but the people that work there are young and untrained (but act kinder and better) than the management and old tacky women that work there. My experience was horrific that involved having to call the police on an 2 employees that I had words with because a manager decided… while I was still there to tell the employees what I’d complained to him about. I am drained of my energy for having to deal with this. My feelings are hurt became of the lack of respect and I will be pressing criminal charges against one employee who threatened me while the 2 managers- including the instigating male manager that decided to start this mess. After he told them one made a very loud indirect disrespectful comment to one of the managers I complained about and that manger decided to chime in and repeat what I’d told to the other manager so that I could hear that they knew. Words were exchanged and I had no choice but to call the police because my life was threatened and the employee who’d been off for an 45 mins to an hour at that point was not stopped or pulled to the back which makes me feel that the owners of this establishment don’t care much about the quality of service and yet instead about money because the people who work there are ignorant and unprofessional and I am saying that In the most humble way. They do not greet you when you come in and I went 2 days in a row since my hotel was near. One girlfriend and boyfriend works there and they were allowed to fondle each other. At one time their was 7/8 Coworkers behind this tiny open bar full of produce just cackling, the one I got it to it with was casually cursing, and they all gather together at the front of the register as if their is no work to do. The only Guys who remained respectful was one with glasses who was prepping the food and the guy who I Initially asked to give me corporates contact- who was too scared to so he introduced me to the male manager WHO STARTED ALL OF THIS! They have 4 employees that should to be fired immediately unless the owners don’t care about their business. I have video proof. A police report. I will stand outside and legally boycott this place if I have to. I want an apology and will drag this place on every platform until someone acknowledges that this was WRONG! I should it have had to experience this type of ridiculousness. This is so bogus. My first time in Philly. No way.
