Today, I went to Cannuli's for my graduation party and purchased a $60 dollar sirloin roast. I was pleased with the older gentleman that waited on me. I went to lunch on 9th street and returned to Cannuli's about 2 hours later and asked them if they minded slicing my roast into steaks. The guys had a snide look on face and flatly said no. This guy lost the company a $270 dollar sale. He looked at me like he didn't care. This guy was just lazy and rude. I have been purchasing meat at Cannuli's for more than 30 years with my parents and this was the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I advised them that I wouldn't return to the to purchase the $270 roast pig! for my graduation party!
Sweet Italian Sausage homemade from Cannuli's took me back to my Mother's house in Belleville, New Jersey. I made sausages and peppers and it was home all over again. The family went crazy over this and we must keep our tradition of having a sandwich at midnight on New Years Eve. I will be back for me. Thank you for keeping the old ways alive.
