Some of the best service I've ever experienced in my city!!!!! All of the servers and the staff are extremely friendly; not to mention the food is absolutely delicious!
The brioche French toast is absolutely delightful. On it's own it's a 10/10 and definitely recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth to be craved. As for some of the other options on the menu, I'd say they're more insta worthy than a flavorful experience. Overall the vibe of this establishment is very chill and the service is very attentive. 8/10 but it's being absolutely carried by the immaculate French toast.
The food here is fabulous. We went early (8:15am) on a Sunday, arriving right after they opened. They do have outdoor seating and we were able to sit outside. The baklava pancakes are out of this world. We also had the eggs benny and red shakshuka. The only thing holding back from five stars were the eggs in the benny were a little over cooked, and missing that classic egg benny run. Would definitely come back!
My Uncle (RIP) always used to go here and tell me about the food. Finally made it for my birthday and it was epic! I loved the ambiance inside. This is a very popular and busy place so strategy with timing is everything. I would likely return closer to 2pm after the brunch rush or before 10:30-11am. The outdoor seating was very comfortable and versatile for different sized parties. The staff was very attentive and they work together as a team so well. The manager (I think) was so cool and gave off great energy. I liked how professional but personable he was - taking time to chat with folks and share his personality. The food was amazing and the portions were reasonable in comparison for the price. I will definitely be going back!
It was really delicious and a great service!!! Thanks guys… ?
Great food and outdoor seating is very good.Awesome place for brunch and quite popular at that. It's a first come first served service so expect a long waiting time if you are late.Food spread is huge, drink spread is unique and everything tasted great. No wonder the place is so jampacked all the time. The baklava pancake is out of this world in terms of taste as well as the size. It's huge, too big for even 2 people, so be prepared.
Celebrating my wife’s birthday, we enjoyed a delicious brunch. The food and service was excellent. We highly recommend this place and we will return.
The staff was so nice! Busy brunch spot and for good reason. The food was really good and they have a great selection of variety. I would come here again and again!
I have made Cafe La Maude the unofficial rite of passage to Philly. I bring all my friends and family to eat brunch here and am known to have friends drive more than 3 hours from VA just to have brunch at Cafe La Maude. Tastes of Lebanon mixed with cultures across the world. The menu is so overwhelming that one wants all of it at the same time. One recommendation is the baklava pancakes. No matter what, you must try it. Service is fast and tho there is always a line. 100% worth the wait.
Totally worth the 1 hour long wait which I knew prior to going to expect on a Sunday due to reading the reviews. Waiter was friendly & then accomodated my 3 party group to the outdoor heated dining area which is really nice and quaint. The menu has a plethora of options, something for everyone's taste buds with a flare of uniqueness. Everything out that kitchen was delivered fresh and quickly. Amazingly flavored...do not hesitate to try this place out. The fresh squeezed OJ is the best. I will for sure be back to try other items on the menu.
