A great find! Tons of good options for hand dipped ice cream and good options for soft serve. I noticed mango and raspberry dole whip an option, which will be my next choice when I visit again. My husband got chocolate soft serve, which was delicious as soft serve is expected to be! I ordered the hand dipped salted caramel in a kid sized sundae and it was very well made. The salted caramel ice cream in my self was just OK. The prices are also very reasonable for a Philadelphia ice cream shop as well. Would recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
Outstanding local ice cream and more shop. Be prepared to wait on a hot, sunny day as they are very popular.
Friendly service, portions are good, pricing is fair. Their ice cream was fresh and delicious! The banana ice cream was my favorite (it does not have an artificial taste). Another person in my party enjoyed their soft serve raspberry whip.
This is some of the best ice cream I’ve had. We got the mint and butter pecan and they were both awesome. If you are looking for good ice cream, this is your place.
Good selection of ice creams, although I wasn’t super impressed by the cheesecake oreo. Also the server didn’t tell us there was a choice between a sugar or cake cone.
This place wins the prize for the longest line for ice cream I have seen in a very long time. There is both a walk-up window and a drive through and the wait was exactly the same. The workers are efficient and friendly. The ice cream is very good with plenty of variety and generous portions. The prices are also quite reasonable. The polka-dot, retro-style cups put a smile on my face.
It's icecream, so what more can ya say! ? I ordered a cone with 1 scoop of cake batter and 1 scoop of cookie dough with rainbow sprinkles.I certainly appreciate my cone being covered in sprinkles over sprinkled with sprinkles any day! Overall great quality icecream and prompt service! Can't wait to go back.
A great classic ice cream shop. They have at least 20 flavors of homemade ice cream at a time, some rotate seasonally (you can check their Instagram for the latest special flavors). They have a drive thru or window ordering with a few outside benches, there is no indoor seating. The service is reasonably quick & everyone is very friendly. Our favorite things to order are the hot fudge sundaes, pup cups and milk shakes (especially black raspberry)! They also sell ice cream cakes and ice cream sandwiches! Adding a photo of the current menu as well!
Get in line and take yourself back to your childhood. Ice cream never taste so good. When they slide the window open and ask, "Would you like me to start on that now?" It's like we are waiting for The great chemist to return. Once they do you may not make it home with that ice cream. You get the big picture.
I tried this ice cream place for the first time while I was in town, it was delicious!! I tried the chocolate ice cream, coffee ice cream, and the dole pineapple whip!!! So good. Order the pineapple whip, it doesn't disappoint. The staff is also super friendly!!$10 minimum for credit card use.
