The biggest freaking onion rings I have ever seen, and they are delicious. Had the Swag burger. Also, really good. I would put it against Shack Shack or Five Guys any day.
Great place!Although I can't comment on the burgers because I got their chicken sandwich. The custard shake was pretty good though!
Pretty good value enjoy the beer with my meal burgers should be cooked to order. It was well done and I like something less than that. Good meat but it came up dry on the cooking method! Good service overall clean environment and courteous staff.
Tried this place out for the first time today & I won’t be going back. It wasn’t the best looking establishment but it was okay. My review is based off of the food I received… it wasn’t good or satisfying… just eatable. The fries were cold. I ordered the truffle fries and received fries only with parmesan cheese on top… I got two blocks away and had to turn around for my order to be corrected. As for the burger… I can make a better one at home. It reminded me of a McDonald’s burger only worse because the cost was higher so I expected better quality. The cheese on the burger tasted like Kraft processed cheese. All in all it was not a good experience and I do not like for my food to be played with. If I pay for quality then that is what I expect. It’s just a McDonald’s with added fluff.
Would give negative if I could. Ordered fries with cheese, two fi burgers, dine in. It was in take out box. No cheese came with fries. Staff with nasty attitude. Gave me a tiny little container of cheese spilt out of the container and talk like it was my fault and he's not taking it back to the kitchen to make it. And here's the picture of fries. Boiled potato strips. Thirty something for this garbage. You guys really ruined Philly for tourists.
Oh my- it’s just gross in here. The food sounded good but … sub par- even the staff is sad to be here… and they let you know with their attitudes.Such a good idea but a huge miss… Sticky floors, soggy fries, dirty environment… I don’t dare check the restroom.
Train wreck. Lousy customer service. Came in for a shake. Shakes are on their menu. When I asked for a shake she said no there's no shakes. If there's no shakes why is it on your menu? Why am I staring directly at a shake mixer right behind you? Why is there a picture on the wall to order shakes? Ended up ordering a CHEESEBURGER with extra cheese. Got one single tasteless burger with no cheese. Paid almost $12 for a burger that is less dire able than a single McDonald's cheeseburger that cost 1/10th of the price. No joke. I was the only order the kitchen had and they couldn't get it right. Employees were lounging around and two were closing the store an hour before scheduled closing. I think we know why there was "no shakes no" and focus on the customers order instead of closing an hour early. You couldn't even get a single cheeseburger right... maybe don't close before you close. Also nothing works to order online with this place. This place is clearly ran poorly. The owner should be concerned. You will go out of business like this. Hope I don't get sick half the gross burger I pushed down. Won't come back. Horrible.
I want to give this place 5 stars. You have no idea how badly I do. Can't do it. Not after so many recent experience I've had there, specifically the last two.To be clear, the food here is good. They make a solid burger. However, the service is so awful it makes the food not even worth it. I stopped by this BurgerFi location on Monday. It was lunch time. I walked in and there was nobody in line, only two tables occupied in the dining room. When I walked up to the counter to place my order, I was told I couldn't event place my order for another 20 minutes. I didn't ask why. I was just astonished that an employee told me they didn't want my business. That my money had to wait for 20 minutes to be spent. I got lunch elsewhere.Still wanting the burger I was denied on Monday, I ordered online to pick up my dinner tonight. I placed the order around 6:50 and the system said it would be ready by 7:03. I was very skeptical so I took my time getting there and arrived around 7:10. I walk in and the place is packed, but mostly with people who are waiting for their food because the service is so slow. I can't help but notice the place is understaffed. I do my best to be patient and understanding. As me and at least a dozen other folks wait for our orders, I can't help but notice that two employees are making milk shakes. In a dining room full of people waiting for food, it takes two employees to make milk shakes. There's gotta be a better way. I hear someone behind the counter tell a line of customers they won't be taking any orders. I didn't quite hear why, but it reminded me of Monday. This place is so poorly run, they're actively turning away business. I've witnessed this twice now, two trips in a row. That's insane. How this business is still open with that kind of attitude is beyond me. Anyway. My order is finally ready 25 minutes later than the quoted time. I check my order because I knew it would be missing things. I was right. Sure was missing things. We ordered 3 sauces to go along with the meal. They were missing. I was given 2 sauces with lids, then the third without a lid. I asked for a lid. I was told there are no lids. No lids? That's strange. What are they going to do with to go orders for the rest of the night? Anyway. I check my burger and its missing the onion ring I ordered as a topping. I brought it to an employees attention and I was told they're all out of onion rings. Woulda been nice if someone told me that. I would have changed my order. I asked if I could get a refund for the onion ring as it costs extra to put on your burger. I was told no. I got declined a refund of any sort because the refund has to be handled by the third party vendor who facilitated the order. Got home less than 10 minutes later with my food and it was already freezing cold.I won't be coming back for a long time. Not only does this kind of business model not deserve my money, I doubt they'd even take it considering they actively tell customer to hit the bricks.
Well I decided to give this place a shot since next door Panera bread was out of everything. Nobody in line I take my order and go sit cause she said they'll bring it to me. 10 mins go by after ordering just 1 burger and I walked up and stand there until the manager and cashier stop chatting, and they didn't even start my burger. Lack of communication and laziness, most of employees were just standing around. It's an average tasting burger, nothing special. I don't recommend it. Can't imagine what would happen if I had a family and how bad they would mess that up.
The counter service line moved slowly, and the loud music made it hard to hear. The food selection was very limited, and the fountain drink dispensers were out of most selections. Despite the sign advertising “craft beers,” the beer selection was also quite limited, and the bar area looked like it hadn’t been used in a while (perhaps being phased out?). An hour before closing, the staff issued a shouted announcement that all subsequent orders would be to go. The restrooms are down a long, creepy hallway and needed attention (overflowing trash and low supplies). Allowing for understaffing and supply chain problems, the food was actually quite good— better than Five Guys. The burgers and fixings live up to the promise of high quality, and the fries a cut above fast food level. The prices are reasonable for center city. If the staffing and supply problems can be solved, this could be a great place to grab a gourmet burger at a relatively low price close to the convention center. At the moment it’s a bit rough around the edges.
