I had to wait an hour and a half to get my and my friends food that was supposed to be ready in 20 mins after I called it in. Plus the two orders were supposed to be attached and they were not. My friend had to order separately when we got there and had to wait after I got my order.
My chicken was not cleaned properly and it still had feathers all over and it was undercooked. It looked like the chicken was just killed and cooked seconds before I was handed it. I spent $40 on what, trash? This is ridiculous. I will be also writing a review and posting a picture of the chicken on every review site I can get my hands on because you guys want people to get salmonella and feather bomb down their throats for your company’s Mistake. If I could give it a zero star I would. I already filled out that dumb FAQ on your company site and no response. So I filed a complaint with BBB.
Service was good. But spicy range on wings didn't live up to expectations. Great flavors but mid to strong spicy gradient wasn't as pronounced as I might expect. Regardless, still enjoyed the wings
Extremely RUDE and bad customer service. I went to pick up my order and front desk person gave me a bag which was only half of my order. I explained to her that it’s not all my order but she said that’s all she has for me order. Buffalo wild wing employee made me open each box to show what I received and had a bad attitude and kept saying I work in front so not sure what they did in kitchen.Finally she had someone come out whom pointed her to another bag sitting there.This was an easy fix and being polite could have made it even a positive experience but employee was rude and wanted to prove that she is correct.Food was cold and no taste. This was my first time eating there at this location and I have to say this will be my last time. What a waste of money.
Even though there was a wait they kept me posted about what was going on. The wings are bomb. Nachos were too! Our waitress Lindsey rocked as well she was so kind and great to chat with. Also kept her mask up at all times. Can't wait to go bk.
Yikes….. had dinner last night and waited 40 minutes for our food to come out and 15 minutes for our drinks. They claimed they only had one waitress on duty but I saw at least two more walking around. Even if it was one waitress on duty then the manager should have put on an apron and started taking orders. Our order was wrong so my friend complained but said it was okay, she’s too hungry to change it. So we begin to eat and then the waitress brings over the manager with her arms crossed to explain what she already told us. First off we didn’t even ask for the manager, we were fine with our order. Then a group of foreign guys walk in and they don’t get waited on for 30 minutes and they wave her down and she comes over with an attitude and tells them I’m not going to wait on your if you wave me over again…… very rude, all they wanted was for her to take their order. They then stutter a bit because English isn’t their first language and she says “I’m very busy!! Do you need a moment to make up your mind I have other tables.” Like girl give them a minute they can’t speak English very well.I was a waitress once and had banquets of 40 people and four other tables to wait on and I still made sure everyone left happy. Poor excuse of a waitress
The food was amazing, the service was great, the food came out really fast the restaurant was very clean.
We went tonight, and the poor guy behind the counter explained that there would be a wait as they were short staffed, we completely understood and had no problem with that. With that out of the way, once we were seated, we were completely ignored by the waiter. Another group was seated in his section after us and was waited on. Meanwhile, no one had even acknowledged our presence or even taken our drink order. We sat for 10 minutes before we just got up and walked out. Again, we had no problem waiting for a table and completely understood that there were staffing issues, just would have been nice if someone had just told us they would be with us shortly.
I’ve been coming here for a while now , a pro would be that I love their costumer service & bathrooms always maintain clean . The cons would be that their menus aren’t always clean(hit or miss) and I believe especially in these times it’s important that places disinfect their menu’s . Overall the most important part is the food .. it’s always good , literally the best place to eat wings of any kinds . This is always my go to place for wings !
Line was getting long for tables and booths when I arrived, so I sat at the bar. Bartender was polite and helpful, but the back end service is really slow. When they announced the food orders were going to be delayed 10 minutes after I ordered, I asked for carrots and celery while I waited. That took 15 minutes too, and came out right ahead of the food. 3 our of the 4 celery were inedible, carrots were mostly ok.Line was out the door when I left and people were leaving the line to go to Chick FIL A
