On one hand much smaller than the American airlines lounge....... On the other hand much better (until the as flagship lounge opens in 2024)
Very disappointing!! I was so looking forward to this lounge for my lengthy layover in PHL airport with my business class one world ticket on American Airlines. This place even has a One World sign posted. After seeing the people ahead of me turned away. I was able to convince (or she broke down) and let me and my wife in. I showed her the screen shot of the BA lounge entry rules! Once inside more disappointment. Food was disgusting and tasted awful. My wife says I can eat most anything, but not here! Furniture is old and worn. No ambiance at all! And no phone charging outlets, yikes! Yes free self serve alcohol but not much else. To top it off the other side of the lounge is restricted the BA Passengers only. We felt second rate for sure! They got a gourmet sit down dining experience. Simply not fair as we are also One World members flying business class. Flying back home to Philly tomorrow and we wont be going here! The AA Admirals lounges in PHL airport are actually quite nice and far better than the BA Galleries lounge. Bathroom was disgusting too! SO DISAPPOINTING!!
Low key and quaint. It's located in Terminal A West near the British Airways departure gates. Excellent staff, great food, many beverage choices. Although it could be much larger.
Not the best lounge, small, only cold food available i.e. sandwiches, crisps. There wasn't allot of people there so its was relaxing before the flight. Lots of cold beverages, staff was friendly.
God save the queen. This is clearly one of the worst lounges that I have been to. The first class side of the lounge, the toilet did not flush properly as it was broken. The passenger before me did not flush as a result of this. The selection of food was undesirable and insipid too. Not to mention that it was small and dingi too.May be it is time for BA to look for another lounge in PHL.
Too small, rarely clean, cramped entry, Spartan comforts, limited choices, curled sandwiches... what’s to like? Can’t say British Airways did themselves particularly proud with this one.
Nothing great! Another lounge with snacks and drinks.
Nice lounge with all the facilities for one to unwind and relax. Adequate food options for vegetarians. The only thing missing is sleeping pods...
Disappointing with limited food options for premium passengers...also very outdated. Avoid if possible.
Very small lounge and gets overcrowded early on. Oly open from 3pm unlike website which says 2.45. Staff friendly and reasonables election of drinks and snacks. Really needs to be enlarged with more comfy seats.
