They don't have different popular foods in the restaurant. Kinda expensive too.
I bought a half a chicken signature meal.It said it costed $9.99.When the cashier rang me up it came out to $13.82 and I did not add a side. Be sure if you go here You know the price because the price list is wrong.
850 pm on a Friday evening. No chicken available, well just dark meat. I asked the lady and she said they close at 11, “but by the time time they cooked the chicken it would be late. Btw on only sides available were mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and cilantro rice. Why not just close now? So disappointed
I had a really big order and the manager was on top of it!! Very nice man who really hustled to get my order right and double checked everything! Would definitely be coming back!!
I ordered a large the portion seem like I ordered a small off the kids menu the turkey was dry the potatoes were okay not much gravy and the cream spinach was okay but overall I really wouldn't go back there. For the money I spent it wasn't worth it

This is the worst Boston Market in Northeast Philadelphia. Avoid at all costs!!This place has gone way down in the past few months. Here are some of the problems that I’ve encountered in the past few months. One time there was no food at all in the morning. Another time I placed an order online for pickup, and had to wait an extra 25 minutes after arriving for them to prepare it, because they hadn’t even started on my order. And today they gave my order to the wrong person!Because they couldn't be bothered to do a 2 second check of the last name, due to the new manager, they gave my order from Grubhub for pickup to someone else with the same first name.The chickens also aren’t prepared properly there, some of the time. They need more time in the oven, and are sometimes half-done. The biscuits are also hard as stone, most of the time.It’s just incompetence, after mistake, after screw-up with these people. I've run out of chances for them. Until they get their act together, there are better options out there.
The worst experience ever! Ordered food online at store #111 and went to pick up. Doors were locked and the manager walked out on the employees. They were unable to return my money bc I ordered online. Called multiple times, emailed and sent Twitter with no response still. They robbed me and won’t return my money
After having issues with door dash delivery, the employees went above and beyond expectations to take care of me. They were getting ready to close up for the night and the sides were dry and almost empty. Instead of scraping the last bits out, they asked me to wait so they could bring out fresh sides for my order. Food was delicious, the employees cared about what they were doing and I can't say enough good about them. Great experience ??
I had a great time eating here recently right after zi left thr gym . I highly recommend trying the chicken seasoned in a delectable lemon based sauce with the different sides that are available. I can't wait to eat here again whenever I have the opportunity.
