Well ... Boston Market (BM)IS¡BOSTON!¡MARKET!You want chicken? They got chicken! Any way you want it, fried, 1/2 a chicken, 1/4 chicken, small pieces, BIG pieces. You name it. Have a small taste or pig-out royally until they have to roll you out. But the very best part ... is the two guys that keep the chicken moving. They are philly kids and you know that's cool. There is also the gorgeous woman in the back kitchen that makes the magic happen. She rocks the finger-lick'n chicken to perfection. Gotta love her!So ...go. Put on your chicken jones and make yer self smile!

Boston market was excellent. Chicken sweet potatoes and cream spinach and a soda I could not eat it fast enough service was great

I Love Boston Market On City Line Avenue In Philadelphia Pa, Wonderful Customer Service...... I Always Have The Half Chicken Meal sweet potatoes, Creamed Spinach, Corn bread Everything was delicious whether I'm on the phone ordering or there to pick up they're always kind to me and help me you're a wonderful group always hot thank you so much Boston market my favorite.

When you work in customer service try to smile and make people feel welcomed. If that’s not enough, shame on any and all businesses that decide to comply and not stand up for the freedom and rights. This is no longer the land of free and brave.

I stopped by for dinner to go; service was quicker than any fast food drive-through! My order was prepared so quickly that I was in and out in 3 minutes or so. My food was hot and delicious! Well done, Boston Market!! I'm extremely impressed!

I like Boston Market for the when you can get buy one and get the second meal for free it's nice and clean service is fast

The food was good, but the serving were small. Compared to the per-- pandemic days, they served the food in this box lunch type containerThe prices were welcoming. When all is say and done. It's a good place to grab a bit of good home style cooking to eat on the go ?

SUPER RUDE STAFF - I arrived at this place on City Line Avenue at around 3 PM on December 30th 2021. The man across the front desk near the ovens yelled before I even approached the counter something about having no whole chickens. I asked him again since I didn't hear exactly what he said and with total agitation and anger said that there area no chickens for me - I came up with a few coupons so I suppose they knew exactly what I wanted? Fine. I asked the girl at the counter how long the wait time is for two chickens - she said 20 minutes. I politely said I'll wait. About 3 minutes passed and they packed two whole chickens for me, just like that! I have no idea what the other guy was on about or why he was so angry. My total was around $7 and change, so I gave the girl a $20. She muttered in frustration that I need to pay exact change AFTER I paid. I said I will pay with a card, no problem. She - with total irritation (why?) counted a bunch of crumpled dollars and gave them to me. I counted and there were $10. They short changed me $2. I asked if they can give me the rest. She told me to move aside as some other customers were approaching. So I stood there like an idiot. Then the super rude guy by the stove asked what I was waiting for. I said I'm waiting for change. She finally got a few dollars from another customers and threw them at me.Listen - if you HATE your job like these two people - don't work in customer service. How about that? This is one of the rudest experiences I had in one of these restaurants - both people should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. No questions asked. If that was the manager by the chickens then he should be canned too. Hopefully management reads this and gets the ball rolling.

The staff as a whole needs work. They would rather argue and talk amongst themselves instead of assisting customers. Food quality is questionable because they are always out of everything.
