Don't order from this place never again there customer service is horrible the manager are very disrespectful , when I ask the manager for his name to start to get smart with me over the phone and when I am question about my order and why it's was cancelled ! This place need a whole new staff and new manager that know how to order I spend $81.00 because I was doing a special day ,my son had graduation ? today and we was doing family movie night . For them to disrespect me like that as a customer I feel like I will never ever order there again I can go somewhere else we're my service is will be good quality and staff that are very respectful and have good customer service . Plus I know more about running a business and a restaurant at the same time and I am ServSafe qualify , because if I was there I would fired some people left and right for those that not doing job description like they supposed to at a job.
I rarely have issues with this location. The staff is cool, food is good (except those hideous corn muffins! If there is an executive/ manager reading this, I will give you a better recipe because I'm tired of being given rocks and paper weights!) Also... PLEASE FIX THE LAKE IN YOUR PARKING LOT! IT'S BEEN THERE SINCE YOU OPENED! It rained today...I will drive by there tomorrow and take a picture of Lake Market! Other than that... Lol... They have really good pies and cakes. ☺️
Lately I've been very disappointed with this Boston Market. I've ordered twice from Grub Hub and none of my orders were correct. Sure, I was fully refunded but it didn't help my hunger for the taste of the Boston Market food I was longing for. Also, the second order I received did not seal my bag as all other orders. Totally disappointed in people who seem not to care how they send food out and don't pay attention to detail of preparing the order.I'll take a break from them for a while....
The we’re out of corn and meatloaf and found out after supposedly food was on way when they got here they just left unattended on random bench I had to find then my order was not right and got terrible customer service when called and they were like oh well that’s what we had.
Boston Market in Clifton Heights was not open (doors locked) at 11:17am (supposed to open at 11am) & said food wouldn't be ready for another 40 minutes! I didn't take out. Didn't spend any money. Didn't get anything.
At 1pm, no mashed potatoes, no mixed vegetables and the chicken was not cooked enough and seasoned.
I love their food the meatloaf the turkey the rotisserie chicken try it all y'all you'll enjoy it
Catered business lunch: Sour, spoiled Mac and Cheese (dumped it in the trash after customer smelled and tasted it), late delivery (40 min), small portions, three Sprite bottles (2 liter) provided instead of two $7.99 gallon bottles of iced tea. The store did not notify me it would be late and there was a $25 delivery charge. Disgusting food. I will not use Boston Market again.
