Looks like a brand new Boston market. The food was great. Chicken was perfectly done. Vegetables were tender and sweet potatoes were good. This location was superior to the other locations I’ve tried.
Manager or Franchise owner is great person. Even though employees didn't shown to work, he was giving a great service. Meals were the right amount and freshly made. He was doing everything alone with love and care. I wish best of success!
Worst place I been too in a long time. Bathroom dirty, no soap, 1 machine was completely broken and still on the wall. Many soda options were out. Many food options were out. Mac and cheese was hot cheese water and noodles. And the portion size for the "regular" was very small and over priced.Customer service was slow and they pretty much acted like you were not there untill they felt like giving you something.
I would NEVER Go back to the Boston market ever again or refer anybody here. If I could give zero stars I would. I had a women name sarah help me she was so rude slam the window in my face when I was talking to her, told me cornbread is supposed to be cold and said are you serious when I asked her to heat it up. Then cursed infront of the manager and she was not reprimanded so unprofessional.
Wow, it was 46 degrees in the restaurant, the ac was blowing cold air, snowing outside 31 degreesIt took 14 minutes for the food to come out when the restaurant was emptyI asked for charged chicken and got nothing like that, not a good experience
They need to make up there mineb1st itbwas pizza hut which it was terrible then it was h and t chicken which was horrible know boston market which the food was ice cold what is it going be next a club hiuse for a 3rd world country pay your people jay
Im really appalled at the customer service at this location. I used the drive thru and when asked my order I asked for the choose two option which is a half sandwhich and a side. The person working the drive thru said they dont offer that. Instead she could have asked management or looked over what they offered because it is on on the menu. I told her she did and once again she said they didnt, I told her it is something I get often and is an option on the menu plus online. She tells me to hold then comes back and ask what I want to drink with that instead of apologizing for being wrong. I asked her how is she asking me what I want to drink when she didn't even ask me what kind of sandwhich I wanted, at this point her higher up is on the intercom and they both start laughing at me while asking what kind of sandwhich I wanted. I ended up not getting anything due to the horrible service. Hope this helps someone think twice before ordering from this location.
all i wanted in life was creamed spinach. and instead got a vegetable medley that tastes like victoria’s secret body spray. i cried. the girls that get it get it, the girls that don’t….don’t. avoid this joint like the plague if you’re craving spinach after a 12 hour shift.

I ordered the half chicken with spinach and sweet potatoes. The chicken was so dark and dried out like its been sitting u der the heat lamp too dam long and the cornbread was hard and cold. I'm done with Boston Market. Too much money for garbage
