Worst bar in Philly, not even close. Stereotyping is beyond imaginable. Was threatened to be shot by bouncer after trying to use the bathroom near closing time after being a paying customer for 2+ hours
Came on Monday and was transported back to 2008, emo and post-hardcore music playlist was on point. Simple good drinks, great Christmas lighting. Cool bartender had helpful recommendations for other places nearby.

The staff at Bar are some of the most friendly, helpful people that I have met in a very long time. I come here on a very regular basis because of a staff and atmosphere that makes me feel at home. In an area where there are hundreds of options to make memories over drinks, Bar is my top choice every time. For the safety of their guests, they are strict on vaccine card and ID checks, as they should be.
Love going to Bar! Always a good experience with good energy. If my other local favorites places are too busy, I go to Bar cause I know I'll always be welcomed with good service. Love the music too. Thanks for always showing me a good time!
Very nicely I asked for lime in my drink. The bartender said they did not have any “fruit”. I pointed to the lime on the counter. He said he didn’t have time to cut the lime because too many people were asking for drinks. I guess that’s a good problem for a bar. Not a good experience for my first time at this establishment.
I am absolutely livid. Words cannot describe how disappointed I am with this bar and the actions of its employees. Do better & treat your consumers with more respect. Appalling behavior.
Horrible bouncers, saw them threaten to beat a guy over a misunderstanding. I tried to intervene but the bouncer in a flyer sweatshirt became nonsensical.My I am not sure if he was drunk or not, but he was definitely on a power trip.The bouncer went in front of the bathroom line without explanation, and picked a fight with q customer who was waiting patiently to use the restroom. This was extremely unprofessional and made myself and my friends feel unsafe.Th bouncer proceeded to kick the customer out of the bar for no reason.Please contact me for more details because this type of behavior is sickening
