We had a group of 16 go to Bar-Ly for a Saturday night dinner and it was great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating considering the large group. We had no issues, didn’t have to ask about split checks, water refills, or any of the usual problems with large group dining. My beef lo mein was great and the portion would be enough to split between two people for sure. Bar-Ly is a great option in Chinatown for a mix of American and Chinese food with a sports bar type vibe.
I've been go to the Bar-ly for years, it's the only place in Philly I know that has happy hour everyday. The food & drink are always great. The only Con is parking... unless your patient to look for a spot you have to park in a lot.

This place is amazing! Visited a few times and it never disappoints. One of the best happy hours in town. Food is great,drinks are great and you can't beat the prices. Atmosphere is laid back. Hometown sports themed. Great spot to watch a game. I sit at the bar but there are also tables. They have an incredible 60 beers on tap! Never seen such a large selection. Cocktails are also great. Give it a try!!
Came for happy hour and was seated immediately, the waiter was kind and allowed me to charge my phone at the workstation. Had a bunch of small plates the only disappointment was the steamed dumplings they were really flat tasting. Other wise a good deal and its a sports theme bar with big screens and lots of noise but its nice and I would go again. And yes lots of beer choices!
Stopped by for dinner looking for Vietnamese. Ordered the Bun (Vermicelli Noodles) and it was delicious. This place has all types of food and a huge beer list plus TVs tuned to every sports event available. The service was very good too
Awesome selection of beer, mainly craft. U need to see the tap selection to appreciate. Flights & beer reasonably priced compared to some spots in the city, helpful bar staff with the crazy selection, well worth a visit.
Stopped in on the afternoon of 3/27 - great spot to watch the Elite 8 games! Fun and innocative happy hour menu (peking duck bao sliders, beef skewers, chicken fried rice, summer rolls, 1/2 banh mi). Great beer and drink selection (fiancee loved the pineapple and lychee martinis). Definitely reccommend for a slightly upscale version of your typical sports bar.
awesome bar with great vibes, a bunch of tv’s, & outstanding camaraderie. whether you’re visiting town or are a philly local, make bar-ly your go-to for weeknight happy hour or weekend fun. bartender joe is phenomenal & not only provided some of the best service i’ve ever had but also helped make my friend’s 25th birthday special. cant speak highly enough about this place or about their staff. stop in especially on monday nights for joe ??
outstanding staff. I come here during the tattoo convention and they always strive to take care of the customers. we all show up late and they put up with us being tired, hungry and needing drinks. FANTASTIC STAFF!
