Drinks were horrible, the sprite needed to be changed. When I asked for a new drink, I was told I could have Diet Coke. Otherwise, someone had to “go downstairs to fix it”. Okay, have them fix it. 20 minutes later, I have yet to be acknowledged on the status of my drink. Very rude, despite more than enough help. Felt like a burden to the staff.

The drinks are good at this lively hotel lobby bar in the Lowes Philadelphia Hotel. It's a busy venue, but we found seating by the bar and the staff was very attentive.

Came here as part of Center City Sips. This bar participates with a nice menu. I placed my order for the mixed drink and appetizer and then sat for nearly 30 minutes at a bare table. The venue seemed understaffed, but I watched customer after customer walk up to the bar and get served, and eventually finish their drink while I sat waiting. If you don’t have the capacity to serve your customers why are you participating in the CC Sips? Waste of my time and of the evening. The waitress said she “forgot all about us.” Ended up canceling my order and walking out.

Really nice meal. Very quiet for a Saturday night. Small but unique menu. Each dish was created to complement the other parts. Lots of bourbon and rye whiskey to choose from. Will likely eat there again while i am in town. Yea, it was that good. Also, our server was great. Took very good care of us.

the duckthe duckmy kingdom for this duck!if you find a dish that's half as goodmy boy well you're in luck!we had the soup and it did passthe fish, branzino? or was it basspotatoes crisped and lightly mashedand all the whiskey, quite a stashbut it was the duck o which i writeit will keep me up a whole fortnightand make me wish I only could writepoems about it 'or the rest of my lifethe duck! the duck! you must order the duck!

The food and drinks here did not disappoint, especially the Branzino, which was excellent. Meanwhile, the staff on our visit were decent, but a bit lacking in menu knowledge and attentiveness. The ambiance was the least appealing aspect of Bank and Bourbon, which seemed bland and poorly situated near the busy Market Street entrance to the Loews Hotel.

Great, super comfortable spot for a nightcap or to hang out with friends. We didn't eat here, but the place is wonderfully comfortable and relaxing, the kind of place that's great to lounge about in.

Could not find reservation despite multiple texts confirming. Good batender. Lousy food. Fatty meats were barely edible. Deserrt was store bought and lousy. Service was ok but way overpriced. Have a drink and go elsewhere.

Fantastic trip back to this Philadelphia staple! Amazing service from start to finish, and the Brussel sprout salad is so delightful. Kirk was an amazing server and Daniel, general manager, was so kind and generous with his time. Would definitely be back again and again. Great food and cocktails. I would take this restaurant all the way to the bank!

All dishes were nice and particularly the short rib was absolutely delicious! Also worth trying the cocktails!
