They never put my boba in my drink, they yelled at me for taking more than 1 straw and spoon for my family, I do not recommend coming here.
Their desert and custom drinks are great recommend them very courteous and professional

This place is solid. Their drinks are always tasty and good quality. I have come here for years whenever I am in town. This city has sugar tax applied.

Bad service. I would never come back again. The lady I think she is the owner was so mean. I did not know there were straws and spoons inside my order (actually have none of them in the bag) and I took some straws and spoons for 8 items. And she said that there were straws and spoons already, why did I take more and so much with the bad attitude. I said sorry because I did not know. Then when I came out of the place, I realized that there were no straws and spoons, then the staff followed and gave us some. I was really angry because of the lady’s behavior. Why should she recheck the bag before giving it to me? And why does she ask me so mean like that just because of some straws and spoons? Are those expensive or worthy to treat me like that? She did not say sorry sincerely when I came back to the store to showed her that I did not have any stuff to eat and drink. She is old enough but behaves like a child.

Minimum $15 for card payment is ridiculous.We order $12 worth and the cashiers don’t take our order because minimum $15. I ask if they can just change for fee and nope they rather you leave
