Came here for the first time tonight service was horrible bartenders was not friendly. I'm not comming back to this place
Over the years this bar has lost quality! Years ago there was an older woman running the kitchen, the food was good and took maybe 15-20 mins. Now the food takes damn near 1 hour for just wings and fries and the food is so salty now! Never had an issue with the female bartenders but this one male bartender was rude and ignored me when I wanted to get a drink!
Drinks ok. Bartender wack…clearly caters to the men. Food horrible. Seafood salad with tuna fish? What? Fish hard and over cooked. Best thing the music once the DJ came. Even the parking situation was horrible. Just disappointed in the service all around.
Omar from the Kitchen is the truth food is amazing. Drew is super sweet with his beautiful eyes. Even the supervisor Josh is super great. Great vibes, great communication and great time EVERY-TIME. Even the bartenders are great Krystal, Jen and Coco are super sweet. Coming from NYC is a great atmosphere to be in.
Bala Inn is a great place 2 chill and have good drinks good food good atmosphere pool tables but the only drawback is just One person Bartending for a thirsty crowd isn't fair to nobody!!! But good place 2 go to watch Sports
Long wait for mediocre food, all 3 cooks more interested in hooking up with the women patrons of the bar than getting orders out. Line don't matter they serve they friends first. Unprofessional, 2 of em had no gloves, no hair nets, and I waited so long for my order I noticed they don't clean off they grill when switching between the pork chicken and fish....same grease on everything. It ain't the liquor when you vomiting the next morning
Bala Inn is a mediocre spot to me. I think the main attraction are the pool tables and karaoke (if they still have karaoke). The food is okay as well but the drinks. I have never ever had a drink where I said, "Mmmm, THIS IS GOOD" lol.. im not sure if I just always get a so so bartender or what. But I only frequent this spot when someone I know is there and wants me to come and see them.
Food and atmosphere were really good. And they have ample parking in the rear.
The female bartenders are extremely rude, unacceptable behavior here. There's a blonde here didn't even greet you or ask what you would like to order. Just nodded her head like a dude? Please re-evaluate staff here. Never seen that type of behavior at a bar before. Do not recommend.
