Best banh mi in the continental united states, would recommend
Love this place. Has decent vegan and vegetarian options. Not just hoagies but summer rolls and other boxed food. Definitely don't disappoint.
This place has good food and service…but the health and cleanliness is rough. Often I have seen TONS of roaches in the summer covering the side of the building near the kitchen. I noticed there’s some windows to the cooking/basement area cracked open right by roaches? They dump food and grain right on the sidewalk next to their business in the morning which attracts tons of birds too…
This is an extremely busy Vietnamese deli. They have the traditional banh mi sandwich. The Bang mi traditional has pork, Pate cucumber, carrot and radish relish. This sandwich is topped with cilantro and jalapenos with mayo the combination is a great tasting sandwich that you must try. You should also try the Vietnamese iced coffee because it has espresso with condensed milk on ice. There's a multitude of Vietnamese goodies and steamed Vietnamese banana leaf wrapped tapioca with meat and other banana leaf wrapped sweet rice flour with mung beans. If you have never tried these things you should definitely give them a try even though they might not sound great if you are not Vietnamese and don't know what these food products are. You can get many, many more fruit and tea and shakes here. There are so many menu items to try and they don't skimp here. They really put plenty of meat in their sandwiches and all their cooked goods. The food is delicious here. I definitely like the dessert drinks. You just need to try for yourself. I will definitely come here when I am back in Philly.
Neat and clean, but parking was a bit of a nightmare. Very busy. Found out why when I got in: authentic Vietnamese cuisine and absolutely delicious sandwiches. Worth a trip, go sometime!
Came here at 7:21 to order a sandwich. I was told they "aren't making any sandwiches" anymore. I asked why and they said they were closed. Then they sold sandwiches to the other people in line. It says online they are open until 8pm.This is a trash business. Do NOT go here.
#1 special
I love the Thai tea here. The best for the <$10 for sandwiches and great bahn mi’s, chix lemongrass on crispy baguette ? and summer rolls…you won’t regret it. ??
Hands down best bahn mi in the area. I could eat this everyday!
Pretty good and authentic Banh mi. Pickled veggies were delicious and nice portion too. Boyfriend had one and than got two more to-go.
