First time visiting this location after the renovation.The food was terrible and the place was dirty.I rarely write a bad review as I understand will not do any good for business, but what frustrated me even more was the fact that I tipped the waitress in cash, and she added an additional charge of $7 dollars to my debit card. My check was $36 and gave her a tip of $10 and she took the liberty to add more $ to my card.What a disgrace and over use of her job duties.
Always great service at the bar, always ! We go and sit at the bar usually on Fridays after 4 and they never disappoint The bartenders are always so friendly ,food out fast & we love it ! We are on our way there now and can't wait to relax, drink and eat some yummy appetizers ?
By far the worst experience ever last night , we arrived at Applebee’s at 10:04 didn’t get seated until about 10:15 we had to complain because they were seating parties before us talking about she forgot to start a list ? upon sitting we get a female waitress had to repeat a simple order 3 times she was too busy in her phone kept asking us to hold on as if she wasn’t at work. We waited a full hour to receive cold food. At this point I had enough asked for the manager. He was no help he took up for her misbehavior. Making all kind of excuses. When she came back to the table she brought us 2 different incorrect orders. Finally we had to ask for a switch of server. I don’t know what’s goin on however people who work in this industry needed to be taught customer service! I will not be eating at this Applebee’s anytime soon !!
if i could rate 0 stars, i would. no one greeted us. we legit had to call someone over. our food came out cold as hell. drinks were watered down tremendously. the waiters walked around being very unprofessional. our waiter took the longest just to bring drinks and apps. just a horrible experience. possibly new staff, because i’ve never had a problem with this location.
The service was awesome an so was the response of manager. My problem was the dishes & glasses was not properly cleaned. When I brought it too the servers attention. She was able to see the problem immediately. She Alerted her manager an apologized an stated he would check his dish washer. I felt our whole meal should have been compt because we were a party of 3 all with the same issue. Or gotten some kind of coupon to return again ti make things right. He took a couple dollars off the Bill but that I still feel something should have been compt. I don't think I would go to Applebee's because I couldn't enjoy my meal .
Food is standard, American dishes. It's good! Nothing incredible but good restaurant chain food. Good BBQ sauce on the ribs!
Initially went to red lobster, but the wait was 1hr 45mn. We left & went to Applebee's where the lot was packed & the wait was 15min. I see why. They did not practice social distance. I stayed due to the other 2 people of my party, I was extremely uncomfortable. Applebee's seem more concerned about the money, not us foolish folk who chose to stay. The food was okay.
Never had a bad experience with this restaurant. Food was always prepared good. Never had a longer wait then 15 minutes. Service is also good.Family and I will return.
Got the Bourbon Street Steak and was surprised how good it was. It was my firsttime trying it and it was well worth it. It has been a week since I went and I am craving another one.
This was the worst experience with Applebees. With my order I asked for no pico di gallo or cheddar cheese. But when my order comes it has it and I have to be inconvenienced by picking it all out. And I can’t take the cheddar cheese off. I will never order here again. The worst service ever. Only good thing was my delivery driver was nice. Don’t waste your time eating here.
