Missed the Ribs, but they sell rib tips. Food is great, greens and Mac and cheese. I will be back

Got the brisket platter tonight and let me tell you, this place does NOT disappoint. It's a little pricey for the platter, but you get plenty of food to last you so don't worry! The brisket was soft and juicy as hell, and the mac and cheese along with the potato salad was incredible. The downside is that they're only open on the weekends Friday through Sunday but honestly that just means one more thing to look forwards to at the end of the work week.Excited to use the leftovers for a sandwich tomorrow! After I run out, I'll be sure to be back!

Very nice and helpful people in the front... even though they ain't wanna shred the brisket on my sandwich (all jokes). The sandwich was phenomenal as well as the hot BBQ sauce they put on. They asked first which is always a plus. The meat was juicy, tender, with some fat which was not overwhelming. Nice brioche bun with a slight toast. The mac was good too. I like my cheese more melty, but the flavor was there. I'd go there again. The prices were a Lil up there, but you get what you pay for.

I was told you cant order over the phone unless you give your credit card number over the phone. Also, they don't utilize any delivery apps or have a website.I was also told that if I come in and pay in cash, it would take 5 min to prepare a platter. I ended up waiting 27min. Apparently they "have to take care of phone orders first". Which didn't make sense because I called 3min prior before arriving which I proved. (I live 4 blocks away). The ribs were tender and very good. The wings taste like cardboard covered in charcoal. Mac cheese was very salty and dry. Their greens taste stale as if they where microwaved. Maybe a slow day.P.S .I don't think I would've wrote this review if it wasn't for the very angry deekin woman who answers the phone and sits at the front. She lacks customer service and seems to unhappy with her angry deekin job.

I was pleasantly surprised that EVERYTHING TASTED GREAT. The MAC N CHEESE was made just like my mom's. The collards had just enough vinegar in them. And the Pulled Pork was smackin!

Best ribs we have had in ages. Meat fell off the bone. Staff was kind and courteous. Greens were to die for. Will tell everyone about the food at Angry Deekins!!

When I tell this was some of the best food I’ve tasted in a long time!!!!! I’ve never had Mac n cheese at a restaurant that tasted that good. We had pork ribs that were falling off the bone, the greens were so delicious and the brisket sandwich had so much meat and was so tasty that it did not need the bbq sauce that it came with. Somebody’s mama was definitely back in that kitchen cooking cause everything tasted homemade and delicious. This was well worth the trip from Montgomery Co., Maryland.

I got there on a Saturday at 4pm when they first opened. My family told me about the spot, so I figured I'd try it myself. I was not disappointed. Even though they didn't have Beef ribs, I decided to get a pork rib platter. The ribs were fall off the bone good, along with Mac n collards which tasted homemade. It's a must visit.

Got the full rack of pork ribs which were great and sides of Mac n cheese, baked beans, collard greens, and cornbread. We got 2 of each side for 4 people to share which worked out pretty well. My only complaints are that the cornbread was a little dry and the Mac n cheese was way too salty.

Rib tips and brisket sand with bbq on side great portions fresh & tasty
