The food was delicious.The wait was long...but so what!!Absolutely loved it. Alot of food and the price was right ??

Fairly ok Liberian food but don't expect upscale service. They need to work on the appearance of the restaurant. The inside & outside are unkempt, gloomy & unappealing. They lack customer service skills & this keeps me away.
Tried Angie kitchen for the first time. It was so good. Very authentic African food ??
I’ve been coming to this place for years. I decided to go today so that my friend could see how good the food was. I highly recommended this place to many people. I come into the restaurant and no one greeted us. The workers just stood there and never looked our way. I asked both workers what do they have on the menu today and they both ignored me multiple times. No other costumer was inside the store. The tension was very strong and made me feel very uncomfortable. I try my best to support people of my own but I can't take the attitudes and when people are unprofessional! They were very rude and ignorant.
Food was trash, service was mediocre. Seemed more like a hang out spot for they friends than a restaurant... There's a better African jawn up the street
Angie's kitchen is by far one of the VERY best African restaurant in the Philadelphia area. I have been dining there since 2007. When my now husband and I first started dating he introduced me to Angie's restaurant.The food, people, and atmosphere is incredible. They strives to keep the original African taste and authenticity in their food.
I paid 30 dollars for a aluminum pan full of rice with 1 small piece of fish no veggies no nothing. And potatoe greens. Was not worth the price. Very disappointed.
Busy, busy and busy!!! I enjoy the food and like their prices..that chicken on the stick from the grill did not survive the ride home??Customer service could have been better if the skinny man that took my money then gave me my change would have said thank you..instead his attitude was poor
