Ancient has an odd vibe but the food was excellent. The wait staff asks you to scan a QR code on the menu, which leads to a questionnaire about your personality type, body type and sleep habits. It then recommends dishes based on the answers. Weird! We got what we wanted anyway. Food was excellent, though. And bad sleepers beware-no decaf coffee!
Carlos the bartender was outstanding. His service and drink recommendations were accomodating and excellent.
I hosted a group of 10. We were seated near the back and so a quieter space. The place is weird and wonderful and I would go back in a heartbeat. The cocktails were especially delightful but really everything they brought was great. My guests loved it and I thought the pricing was fair relative to the high quality.
Delicious dips to start. Loved the beet salad. Chutney with the lamb was so good I want to buy it in a jar.

Like the ambiance, food was good itâs a fusion food with hint of Indian spices. Loved the cocktail menu my wife tried couple of recommended drinks and all tasted great. I tried the chai Rey cocktail with bourbon tasted amazing.
Wonderful find in center city. Good was unique and wonderful. We had salmon cooked perfectly and duck also phenomenal. Service was a little slow but waiters were very friendly.

6/5 Stars! Absolutely incredible restaurant! The decor is beautiful, the service was fantastic and personal, and the food was incredible. We had the kabob and the ahi and weâre just blown away. The wine selection was altered but still fantastic. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys great food and wants to have a lovely and romantic evening.
Every moment was a taste surprise starting with the cocktails. The ambience was quiet and subdued. My soup was hot and delicious. During cocktails they served light, airy chips and 4 different types of dips to try. We had the octopus for an appetizer and it was delicious. I had the chicken entree which was spicy but very good. The service was excellent and we had a chance to talk to the owner. A very pleasant experience.
