Traveled to Philadelphia from Cleveland and stopped at Ambassador. The bartender Marqueysha made my experience at Ambassador so great!! She was very attentive, friendly, and made the best green tea shots! The food was also amazing, 10/10. I would definitely recommend Ambassador. Great staff, vibes, and food!!
The space and atmosphere are super cool. Frozen drink selection was unique… first time I’ve seen a grape slurpee and it was delicious.
I just left there. The only nice thing I can say is it looks good on there and the chicken fingers was a 10!!! The bad is it looks me over a hour to get a beer and the food cane a little after that. The barmaid Laura was rude and nasty because she had to serve drinks to 20-25 people by herself. I get it she was a little overwhelmed but once the other bar tender got there to help out. She kept the same nasty attitude. Our party of 20-25 people was all professionals. I never got mad or had an attitude because I had to wait and of course I still tipped her..
Vegetarian-friendly choices and a craft-beer selection. The food was good and the bartender was nice. We had a good experience. Check it out.
Used to come here often (3-5 times a week) after work with a girlfriend for the cheap drinks and yummy food.We were in one night and the men right beside us ordered 2 beers and paid in cash. We watched her pocket the money. When we went to close out those 2 beers ended up on our ticket. We thought maybe it was a mistake so we brought it to her attention. She then came over to us on the other side of the bar and told us not to question her.She then ran my friend’s card for a bill as well so both were charged for a tab. We brought that to her attention too. She charged my friend for a completely wrong tab that had nothing to do with our tab.Long story short - we thought Laura was our friend but, she tried to steal from us and the bar. What a shame!I would recommend going there during the evening when she isn’t working so that you don’t have to worry about the drama.
The place looked closed but it was open and had good burgers and great fries. The motif is early something and it seemed popular with sports fans who could watch an array of screens. Our server was efficient, friendly and welcoming.
Been here a few times and had to spread the word...Ambassador is a hit! It's the perfect place to start the night off with a few drinks and your favorite music on the touch tunes. Also the perfect place to eat and watch football games on Sunday's while you cure your hangover. They have a very wide selection of beers and the cocktails are always on point. I had the brunch burger one day and came back for the spicy pepperoni pizza, both were delicious! There's plenty of seating available, inside and out. The service was fantastic I can't wait to be back, see you soon!

The Dive but not too dive-like.Update: this used to be my hangout spot. After I greatly reduced my monthly alcohol consumption, I still went here for the food. The last few times I went, the food was pretty bad. Now I know bar food isn't supposed to be good but this was bad.Aside from the food, the staff is very friendly, there's a good variety of craft beers, and they also have outdoor seating.
