Alyan’s never disappoints…….We’ve been coming here for over 20+ years for the best Middle Eastern food: perfect falafel, hummus, lentil soup and the ultimate French fries served in the cozy back room by caring attentive owners.
This place was just okay. My friend visits regularly, they're very clean and polite but the menu isn't very extensive. I ended up getting a solid which I mostly enjoy but the dressing was not great, too watery. But it was a quiet and peaceful place to chat and the prices were very reasonable. They do have a glass ceiling in their back room so you'd be lucky to go when it's raining, very beautiful.
Love this place! I’ve eaten here for years. I’m happy to see they’re still around, with the same cook & employees. Food quality & portions haven’t diminished like most places post-shutdown. Food is always fresh. I encourage citizens to give this place business you won’t be disappointed and you will return!I’m a vegetarian & my favorite is the falafel sandwich & fries. The fries are cooked w/ onions & jalapeños, they’re amazing! Love munching on the jalapeños. Of course there’s meat options if you check the menu, but thought I’d add this for fellow veggies.
This place is by far one of thee best places to eat in Philly! Everything was so fresh and very tasty! The service was amazing and prices were very reasonable considering how much you get!
We been going to Alyans Restaurant for thirty years. I have not been there two years because of Covid. We had lunch today and as usual their consistency never ever change, it is amazing. If any one is looking for excellent food visitthe restaurant or order on line. We give a Five Start with out any doubts.
I also have been dining here since forever; when the name was Tullys. Love the food, fresh and great menu. I recommend the mixed grill, falafal, combination salad, spinich pie, kibbee, well the whole menu. The best baba ganouch and humus to which all others are judged by... best grape leaves, great fries. A top favorite and the freshest food around. I sadly reside in the burbs now, but still make the trip as i will this weekend, to Alyans.I recommend everything!!!!
We were five guys ordered different kinds of food. After few bites we left the food right there and left. Not recommended, plz don’t waste your money. I never had this much bad experience in a restaurant.
The rice and kabob was soaked in water that had a very strong stench. Kabob was un edible. Never going there and would definitely not recommend. When confronting manager, we were dissed and experienced bad customer service
Delicious food, good prices and quick service!
Excellent food. Hummus and all cold salads were 5 stars. The server couldn't tell me if chicken was handslaughter or not. Overall excellent service. Disappointed to find out that though they serve halal they are accomodating byob. Still deserving of 5 star for quality of food and service.
