The Manger of the store is not polite and non professional ( answer question with attitude)The landlord also don't regretted people, he makes you fell the non welcoming , ever again in this place , there are better place as MAKKAH Market .
Very nice place for halal grocery
Today I went there for groceries and bought a piece of candy which they charge me 0.59$ for and because I liked this candy I bought a box of 24 units of the same candy, however they charged me 29.99 for that box which doesn't make any sense because buying an entire box is more expensive than buying each unit individually.Literally the girl on cashier put price from her self and I wasn't paying attention at that time. Hope I can get refund for the extra money I paid.
only one best cashier in this store the girl from pakistan very polite kind and always ready to help.yesterday before me she was dealing with one lady and that lady was very rude with her but she was very kind to her trying to solve the problem and in that Manger came and he treated the cashier girl badly.i feel bad for her.but she still keep quite I have one request to honour that she doesn't deserve to be treated bad from co workers.she is such a nice and smily girl in a store and makes happy to everyone.i hope Mr.Towfiq read my review and answer me I found only this way to help that girl who deserve treated to be better.thanks
Check the prices before you paying. The cashier guess the price if there’s no price tag or does not scan the item.
unprofessional experience with the customer service they sold me bad cheese and they refused to refund it and hang up on me. For this reason i will stop shop there although I really know the owner and I know his a very good guy but I didn’t appreciate the way they hang up the phone on me.
Terrible customer service here, the cashier had such a personality ?. Mecca market didn’t have what I needed so decided to check this place out. Never again, it’s no wonder why there’s never any customers in here and Mecca is always packed. Please humble your workers.
They say online they close at 11pm, I went to get food at 9:15 pm last week and they were just putting food away and said they close at 9pm. Ok, fine. I go in at 8:15pm when I get off work and they already put the salad and hummus (the 2 easiest things to serve) away and refuse to serve anything else as they begin to put away the hot food. You will continue to lose business if you do not honor your hours. Very unprofessional and just all around uncool. Ive tried to come twice just to get your food and only been met with a shrug. Theyclearly don’t need the business, so I don't recommend bothering to give it to them. They don’t care.
