This has been our go-to restaurant for Middle Eastern food since we moved to the neighborhood last year. It is reliably delicious and the value great. They were always getting a 5-star review from me but I've just been lazy recently with getting up reviews.What sets them away from everyone else is incredible customer service and dedication by the owners of the restaurant. We ordered from the wrong location and the owner went above and beyond to right MY mistake. Through the ordeal, we had a chance to get to know a little about him. This is a neighborhood gem I am happy to support!
Vanessa and the manager both gave great customer service! I asked for a strawberry and peach lassi mixed together as a recommendation from their other employee Tamang and it came out great!
I was treated like I was in a five star restaurant. The food was awesome and the service was great. I did not expect to feel so comfortable in a restaurant but I'm happy I chose this place to eat. I would give 6 stars if I could.
If you have ever had food from halal trucks, then you are gonna love this. The quality of the food is top notch and will make you coming back for more after your first taste. This place has the best of middle eastern food all in one place with some of the most unforgettable flavors.I recommend the NY Chicken platter for those trying it for the first time as the juicy pieces of chicken mixed with rice, and their sauces are unlike anything you have experienced before, even if you are familiar with similar dishes. The NY Lamb over rice and salmon over rice are two other options to try. There is also the option to combo multiple meats which can make the food even more delightful.The owner is often there and is one of the nicest people you will meet. He will make sure that your time there is worth it every time. His employees are also great at customer service which only makes the dining experience more enjoyable.Next time you decide you are in the mood for middle eastern food, or are curious about their delicacies, you will not regret a visit to Al-Sham Spring Garden!

When I wanted to cater a party, I knew Al-Sham would be on the menu - their food never fails to impress. I specifically chose to work with the location on Spring Garden because of the delightful staff that work there. Ahmed the manager walked me through placing the catering order and made me feel very well taken care of. On the evening of the event, the food was fresh and on-time: NY Combo trays with Arabic Salads and Veggie Samosas were real crowd pleasers. The order was even delivered by the franchise owner, a nice personal touch! Highly recommend to all!

Great prices, flavor and portion sizes. The restaurant is CLEAN and inviting. I’m totally happy I gave this place a try.
First time customer with take out order. The restaurant was clean, the counter service was knowledgeable and friendly, the food was prepared quickly, and it was fresh. I was very pleased with the taste and freshness of my Kebab Salad. Although we were happy with the salad and chicken over rice orders, only 4 stars for this visit because the chicken & lamb over rice ordered didn't have the white sauce on it as requested in addition to the extra sauce that was paid for. Nonetheless, I will be back for more.
This place NEVER MISSES. I’ve never posted a review before but I needed the world to know just how good this place is. I’ve tried over 30 menu items and I’ve liked every single one. I highly recommend the Chicken shawarma sandwich, it’s what got my friends and family hooked.The garlic and hot sauce is great!!The staff is super friendly as well. 10/10 recommend this place to all. They have such a wide variety of food, you are bound to find something you like.
