The portions are big and the food is amazing and delicious. The staff is very nice and helpful. Get Laziza and Lassi when u come, u won’t regret it.
Service was trash food taste like trash. I've been going here for years and it's going downhill. The young kids staffing the place don't care for it as they should. I bet the morning shift is better!
The food was not bad but I've had better Arabic food in United Arab Emirates. The beef kabobs that we ordered were tough and chewy and the rest of the food was good so I will be giving it four stars.
The quality of food went down over the years. Have been coming here for about 8-10 years. Its terrible now. Chicken kebob was not the same. One piece good, another like a rock.I sat down to eat, finished the meal and was browsing the phone. All I could hear was a new boss/manager yelling and being rude to employees, very condensating towards them at the front counter.Then a waiter lady came to me with a check and demanded money, like trying to make me leave. There was only 3 people inside, not like I was holding anyone up. On top of that place is dirty and worn out. Dont look like they clean very well.
Unprofessional service at phone. Could not refund order due to online website issue with order. No issues at other locations. This specific location said sorry you have to deal with it “thank you brother” and hung up. Reordered at another location with friendlier staff and they recc disputing charges from my cc company due to my experience.
Always great food and service,EDITED: I take the good service back. I always ask for garlic sauce and almost never get it. It’s a coin toss every time I order. If you don’t have the sauce say that on the phone then. Sometimes falafels are different sizes depending on time of day and the cook.
Finally stopped in to try the food and I was not disappointed. I love Middle Eastern food and am so glad this place opened up so close to where I live and work. Not only was the food delicious, fresh and super flavorful but the place was immaculately clean. I will be going back and telling everyone I know to try it.

I never leave bad reviews but they really deserve this one. I would leave no starts but 1 start is the lowest I can give. Absolutely terrible customer service. My family and I went there to celebrate my birthday and after being seated the waiter told us that they were temporarily not selling drinks (which was not announced in their web page). We told the waiter that we went there for a celebratory dinner and we were hoping to have a cocktail with our meal and unfortunately we will have to leave. After we left, the manager called my husband and started screaming at him, then hung up. My husband is an extremely polite person and called back to clarify the issue. The manager continued screaming and did not care that we told him we let the waiter know that we were leaving. The restaurant was more than half empty, losing our reservation was not really a problem.
