Being on the border of Old City and Northern Liberties has been amazing - we feel like we are in an oasis in what is not too highly residential but with great proximity to all of the amenities of being in the city. It is easy to go north to NoLibs and Fishtown, and it is also within walking distance of Old City, Society Hill, Spring Arts and Center City (and more).We have loved living here for the past almost three years now. We bought our place pre-COVID after looking all over the place in the city. Coming from where we were before, we felt like the prices were quite a deal (in retrospect, we should have tried to negotiate a bit). The HOA fees are more than fair for a building with a concierge and gym, too. The only complaint I have there is that people with outdoor space on the roof don’t pay a higher HOA fee. In most other buildings, they would.The staff when we came in was great, and although there was some turnover (front deskrelated), the staff at present is fabulous and I hope they never leave.This is one of the quieter large buildings that we have lived in, too, which is a bonus. Working from home it’s been nice to not have too many sound distractions.We love living here. Most neighbors are friendly. It’s incredibly pet friendly. And it now has a solid cafe open on-location too (Be Well Fed). We are looking forward to our future time here!
My husband and I bought a unit in this building 3 years ago. We have since had a baby and we have loved our experience here. Throughout covid felt very fortunate to live here with all of the conveniences. The staff are wonderful and administration superb. Although very sceptical at first, I have been very happy with our choice to live here. I would highly recommend anyone debating on it.
Were it not for Janie Gregory, I would not be living in my dream home here at 444 Lofts! Love the building and location. I’m here to stay! Amazing views. Professional and friendly management. Scott, Jon and Guy Orens, Janie Gregory and Lea Simmons are real estate mavens!
Extremely easy access and parking
Nice place to live with a really nice steak restaurant right in the building
when here to pick something I bought online, the worker was so helpful with the garage door and helped put everything in my car so carefully.
Always great time seeing my buddy.
