Location is great, but not worth the headache. Management is very difficult to work with, and the building is old and full of issues that will wear you down. Front desk employees one of the few bright spots. Phil in particular is a gem and makes you feel at home. The management company does the exact opposite.
The water is shut off without notice again. As many have said, the management here is horrible. They give such lame excuses for problems. I just need a resolution. The payment/resident portal always has issues as well. Also, the management office frequently closes early than the hours listed. I've been down to the office multiple times between 5:00-5:30 during the week, and it's been closed. The only nice thing about this place is the concierge/front desk. Most are very friendly. After being taken over by a new managment company, this place has gone completely downhill. I cant wait to move out when my lease ends. Almost contemplating on breaking my lease early.
I'd give 0 star if I could. Very rude people! We got stuck in their elevator. I have health condition and I told them, but they acted so cool about it. We did not got any apology and they behaved as if they showed mercy to us by reseting the elevator. They said the problem with their elevator is something very normal!!!! If you care about your life, never go there! Very dangerous place with irresponsible staff.
Fire alarm going off again for the second time this week. CONSTANTLY GOING OFF. water was shut off yesterday again. Worst most expensive living experience I’ve ever had-can not wait for my lease to be up to leave this place.
It’s 12am. The Fire alarm is going off for the 2nd time today. Don’t live here. The alarm goes off all day, almost every everyday. While you’re sleeping, on work calls, etc. It’s all the time. Residents don’t even leave when the alarm is going off, that’s how much the alarm goes off. If this place ever had a fire it would be devastating. Such a LARGE annoyance let alone a massive liability to the owner of the building. Btw, it’s 12:08am and the alarm is still going off.EDIT: 12:15am the alarm was turned off, the alarm was on for 18 minutes. Also note: many people have commented for years about this problem and 1500 management just blames the alarms being tripped on by the stores next to them (fado and Blume). That may or may not be the case but the excuse is not the solution. It’s been years of this, it’s time to find a solution.
I would never live here again. Changed ownership and downhill it went. I have not had hot water in over a week. I've written, gone down and talked to the office and nothing. In summer it is so loud it is difficult to sleep. Stay away from 1500 unless you enjoy cold showers and shaving.
We love the amenities. We really love all the staff who keep everything great. Pool and hot tub are awesome.
We moved in here a few months ago and love it. The management is excellent. Luca, our leasing agent, was extremely helpful and patient. The amenities and location are hard to compete with. Maintenance is always on time and do a great job.
Steve Evan’s was amazing. The smooth process. Toured the unit and signed on the spot. Price drop of 300$ helped with the decision. But Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’d highly recommend this building and Steve.
I moved here for the pool. It’s a true lap pool, not an oversized bath tub. It is extremely well maintained and smoothly managed. Alma and Eric do fantastic work making the pool area a relaxing oasis in the busy middle of the city.
