I'm bot going to this location anymore. My food is just put together very sloppy and the fries are hard. It's sad but it's laziness.
This Wendy's no longer takes orders by any method other than the Wendy's app. Dine-in is closed and the drive through line does not have an order taker.Terrible.
Service here is an absolute joke, went over what was wrong with my previous order from a few days ago where they messed up everything I ordered, then today proceeded to order the exact same thing after confirming the order twice and had the entire order screwed yet again. Down $40 and still hungry. Maybe some day they will get something right, but then again, maybe not.
Normally I like Wendy's, which is why I'm generically recommending it. But tonight, I'm not recommending Wendy's on Trooper Road, Norristown, PA because they messed up my order and the line was too long to go back and do anything about it. We did drive thru, husband ordered a single, no mayo, and then I ordered a single, no cheese or pickle. I specifically asked if they could make one with no cheese and she said yes. I paid and drove into the lot to eat it while it's hot. Hubby says, Mine will be the one with no cheese. Open the first one--it has a layer of orange rubber (I e. cheese), so I hand it to him. Open the second one--even slimier layer of orange. UGH!! So now I have to scrape off the cheese with my fingers (hubby was happy to get it) and the 3 cold wet pickles that were juicing up the roll. I asked him to say grace for us, because I didn't want to lie to God and act thankful for what I was about to eat. Yes, this is a First World complaint, many are starving, but when you specifically ask for something NOT to be added because you don't like how it tastes, is very frustrating to see those things in your meal. Done ranting now.
Impressed by the quick, friendly. Professional service I receive. Fries were hot which is important!
Worst meal ever. The chicken tasted like cardboard. The burger was awful. Second time in a week. Fries cold. I’m done with this. Once is a fluke, twice is trend. Fix it wendys!!!

Very nice fast and the fries was fresh and hot . The person that took my order tonight was so polite and happy . To spite it was 1030pm on a sunday night
better customer service if in the area I will be back
