I'm a delivery driver, and more often than not, I work late nights on the weekends, and I typically receive fast food orders. Sometimes, I receive orders at this Wendy's location.Over the past couple of months, I have had an issue with one of the workers (I didn't get her name -- shame on me), but she is a black lady with dreadlocks. She is one of the WORST I have ever seen. She is rude and unprofessional.My first bad experience was when I pulled up to the drive-thru to give her the customer's name of a delivery order. I spelled it just in case she didn't hear me. After I spelled the customer's name, she replied, "I know how to spell" in a very disrespectful tone. I meant no harm, but I replied to her that I didn't need the attitude.Last night, I pulled up again to the drive-thru, and again, she came across disrespectfully and with no tact when I asked her to clarify an issue with a customer's order.It is apparent to me that the management at this location does not care about training their employees to respectfully engage the customers. Because of this, I will NEVER visit this Wendy's location again -- as a delivery driver (I don't care what the payout is) or as a customer.I wish that I could give this garbage restaurant ZERO stars.
no people friendly they refuse me to use restroom and so I could go im a sr citizen and its not cool if you can't go to restroom when you need too also when you have too. I was very disappointed I left hastily and went to McDonald's and they were nice and curiously open at 615 in afternoon also in a great neighborhood 202 Dekalb pike car drive thru 10 cars deep and people trying to gain access to store and couldn't others were turn away 202 and Germantown pike not very nice people at all go some where else .!
Staff are very polite and friendly.Food order was exactly what we requested and in a very short period of time.
Terrible customer service! The employee who was preparing drinks Jasmine extremely unprofessional and down right disrespectful. She made an error and gave me an extra drink. I politely confirmed that I wasn’t charged for 3 meals and let the cashier know I do not wish to accept this drink. I have no idea what it is. I was responded to nastily “we can’t take it back once it’s out the window” The cashier didn’t have a chance to respond as Jasmin butted in the conversation. “Throw it on the ground then” It’s understood if there was some type of covid protocol which I highly doubt any of the employees are following considering no body has their mask on but I digress. I let them know I wouldn’t be throwing anything on the ground they can take the drink back and discard it. Jasmine then says “I don’t know what the attitude is about”. I do not stand for any disrespect the manager then came over didn’t correct or reprimand her nor did she offer an apology for the terrible experience. What does Jasmine do try to give me another drink I ask her why is she trying to hand that to me. If she was listening and not being disrespectful she would’ve heard me the first time that she made a mistake. She slams her headset and walks off the floor. While the manager is saying “someone go get her it’s not that deep” I only can upload pictures but I do have an entire recording of the ordeal. I would never return to this location and would starve. Why would you tell someone to throw something on the ground you would still have to come outside and clean it up genius!!!!!
The line at the drive thru was long and slow,I decided to going dining in but the result was not better. The employees were nice but under stuffing and pore management made the experience not the greatest. Also all the surface in the dining room were stickie and greasy.
The people were very friendly, place was clean, n excellent lighting, I enjoyed my order, will be returning

Cold food. Slow, apathetic workers who were lackluster and clearly didn’t care. Need I say more?Took 20 minutes to grab food. No hustle. No warmth, no politeness. Not so much as a have a nice night after handing me the food or any response to “thank you.”The two workers in question were some woman with dreads died bluish green and some guy wearing glasses with a pony tail. Even people I know who live closest to that Wendy’s have told me it has gone down hill. Awful.

Didn't recieve what I ordered asked for no onion for onion on 1 sandwich the other asked for no lettuce for lettuce why ask if you are going to do what you want anyway
