Totally unprofessional attitude from the staff. Often ignore the customization in the sandwich as mentioned during order placement. It seems that only when they get a wrong feedback, they try looking into order particulars for next order upon drawing attention to the last glitch. Placed an order today at 3pm, the order was randomly cancelled. Got an automated message in email saying that if I hadn't cancelled the order then I should contact the sub location where the order was placed. I did with no help from them and no ownership of the cancelled order. Pinned it to the system. The topping on the cake my money was deducted from my gift card for a cancelled order. Only upon calling again and talking to Mr. Patel at the location, the order was even pinned as voided. Initially, not only was the order cancelled but my money was also deduced. The talk at least help mark the order as voided. Still waiting for my GC and my credit card to be credited back for the deducted amount.
Placed online order and lots of stuff were missing in the sandwiches ..... totally unprofessional and very disappointing :(
Good, as long as the stuff is fresh that they are using to make your sandwich.
Always eat here when I go to Walmart.
This is the only Subway in the immediate area. Don’t let the fact that it is located inside Wal-Mart keep you away. There is rarely a line and the service is good. Like all Subways the food is fresh and delicious.
