New staff? Faulty drive thru equipment? What can explain having to repeat my order FOUR TIMES to your worker? It was just a numer 3 and 11 and a side of mozzarella sticks, how did that take literally 10 minutes at the speaker to order? The chicken was obviously old and the toast was burnt. Pick a struggle, bad service or bad food but don't have both.
Me and my girlfriend tried to order two of the new Big deals they messed up our order they forgot my bacon it took about 20 minutes for everything I am very displeased with this Sonic and their speed considering Sonic is supposed to be a fast food place highly advise everyone check your food before you leave and make sure they got your order correct
Burger tasted microwaved, so bad I couldn't eat it. Like the terrible breakfast sandwiches they have at dunkin donuts.
Sonic is great, I love the food there and the staff definitely smashed it out of the park. Drive thru service depending on the time of day can be slow, but lets be real, everyone missed Sonic when they closed so everyone wants to come back now that they've reopened. I hope they reopen the drive in spots soon!
Been there twice this week. Waited 5 mins in the drive through the first time to be told they were out of everything. Just waited 10 minutes behind another car and was never able to order so we left. Won't be back.
Never go during lunch. You will be waiting a ridiculously long time for your food.Food is good, but not worth close to an hour of waiting.Also don't use Order Ahead here. No refunds.
Horrible service always out of something, not delivering food Carside only one drive-thru open line is always around the building
The service was a little bit slow. But that's only because they didn't have enough people working. The food was it was very good and satisfying. Is. Especially my drink.
So glad they opened this location back up!! The workers were super nice and everything is was ready quickly and correctly! If you want a yummy Hotdog, gotta check out Sonic!! Love it!
Been itching to go since reopening but both times have been a blunder. The first the place was closed, yet all of the lights and radio were open and google said they were open 3 hours later than they actually were. The big issue is that one of the employees was blocking the entire exit with his car instead of the entrance meaning I had to risk hitting someone head on to get out of the parking lot. The second i was able to get food but they didn't have onion rings or any ice cream. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger toaster, but the bread wasn't even toasted! So i ended getting a burger inbetween two slices of white bread. What a depressing downhill slope this location has been.
