These guys are great! Last minute order needed for my wedding day. It was out of the area but they came through to help me out. Not many people do that today. Thanks again!
What happened to this store? When it first opened I was able to count on high quality food made perfectly and lately it’s just been completely downhill. Everything is sloppy, missing ingredients and just doesn’t meet the quality I used to expect here.
I love Primo Hoagies but hate that this is the closest to me. The rolls are not the seeded hearty rolls and are a limp soft roll. The quality of the product is questionable to the point my GF doesn't even want sandwiches from there. I'm done after this latest "Crusher" to hard small and underfilled.
My order is always wrong. The staff are not very friendly and there is usually only one person working so good luck. It's a shame because the food it good.
The staff here, while short-handed, were incredible. As always, Primos makes the best hoagies around!
Will no longer patronize this establishment. Employees use of foul language in front of customers is ridiculous. Employee came from outside the store and failed to wash hands or put on gloves before he attempted to wrap my order When I requested that he not touch my unwrapped order there was an attitude as if I had no right to request that he wash his hands. Health department should take a look at the lack of adherence to food handling procedures. Oh and they had no onions to make a hoagie! Really?
Great food and friendly staff, I’m guessing the manager or owner I was talking to gave me a bag of the primo chips after asking about them. Great guy!
Just got two primo Italians the two girls that were working were very nice and good attitude! It was a good experience and thanks girls..... If you haven't been been there in a couple months such as myself,you should try them out again!
DON’T ORDER HERE.Order two simple hoagies that I’ve ordered here before and got two completely different ones. Tried to call a hour before close and left to a full voice mail box. Had subpar hoagies before, but this is too much.
Id go elsewhere. This Primos is horrible.This sandwich usually is loaded with pepper shooters and there are only 2.. i asked for lettuce and tomato and they arent there at all.We have gone to this Primos a few times before but last time they messed up my order, thought it was a fluke, obviously not.
