Ordered 3 pizzas at 5:04pm. Received pizza at 6:55pm. Not acceptable. Not a 1 star because the chicken bbq pizza was pretty good. The pepperoni however was greasy and salty.
Great food and reasonable prices, the reason I don't give a 5 star is because the lady at the register i felt was given me a bit of a attitude when I was asking questions.
U guys gave me raw pizza. The dough wasnt rised enough. I called and they hunged up on me twice i tried to fb messege u they it was ingored and blocked. Smh
I don't usually write bad reviews but I feel compelled to this time because it was so horrible. Although the staff was friendly especially the young lady who took my take out order.. I purchased 3 platters , 1. Flounder & 2 jumbo fried shrimp.. Lets start with the price was $15 each which I didn't mind but the quality of the food was so bad!!!! They each came with about 10 french fries, the breading on the flounder was completely off the fish and just thrown on top of the smallest piece of fish I ever seen!! The 2 fried shrimp platters was tough , we couldn't chew it and tasted freezer burnt! No tarter or cocktail sauce but pizza sauce was on on the side!!!!!!!!My 1st and last time ever!! What a waste of $45.00....P.S If there was an option for minus- stars I would've given -5.....
Pizza is very authentic. Sauce us great and they have the right blend and amount of cheese. Sometimes the crust is a little too thin and gets soggy. Still good, though. Steak Stromboli is very good, also.
Been living in area for over two years and I have had better food. Not a fan even for the pizza.
This place has been a go to pizza place for about a year and we are great tippers. Our last delivery order of an extra large pizza was cold the bread was tough and a little burned like maybe they were trying to keep it warm before delivery which took over an hour when I live 9 minutes away. I called to inform them of the poor quality and Monica says "OK what do you want a new pizza, a credit?" Very dry with no apology...I said a credit is fine, then I clarified whether this meant my next order of an extra large pizza would be no charge and I was told "I'm crediting the $2 delivery fee" never mind the lack of empathy or apology. I will not be ordering from here again. As I get older I am more conscious about spending my money with businesses who don't appear to care about the service they provide.
Multiple times the wrong food has been delivered and have given a few chances to be fair but consistently the incorrect food is delivered. There are no managers to help when you call with the issue and not much is done to apologize for their error and keep you as a customer. While is is nice to support local businesses, don’t waste your time with this one. Plenty of other pizza places around that are good and like to earn the business.

EXCELLENT FOR NORRISTOWN...ordered a pie and cheese steak yesterday and FIRST TIME ..FAST DELIVERY.COLD SODA HOT FOOD AND PAY ONLINE OR OVER PHONE AND MUCH BETTER THAN I WAS EXPECTING AND ANOTHER WHO HAD EATEN SOME ...NO DOUBT ILL BE ORDERING AGAIN VERY SOON.. PRICE IS LIL HIGH BUT WORTH IT AND ABOUT WHAT UD SPEND ON 2 PEOPLE ..SO 10+ IN MY RATINS AND DEFINITELY TRY THEM U WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
