They ran out of cheese so my web order took almost 2 hours to be ready. When notified my order was finally ready I went and still had to wait another 15 minutes. I am not very happy:(
Stay clear if you want cooked food. I ordered a deep dish with cheese sticks and my pizza came raw and the sticks came undercooked. I dont know how you dont know youre serving raw food. I called and at least im getting a new one free of charge. Very dissatisfied with this experience?
U got 1 guy all by himself in store burning pizza I order batmen pizza it was hard n burn. U need to help this guys im blameing the corporate not fair to him. HIRE MORE PEOPLE IM NOT COMING BACK WASTE MY MONEY I DONT EAT HARD BURN PIZZA
I order online so that I wouldn’t have to wait to long for the pizza , we’ll I got there and I still had to wait 20 minutes more , I went to pick up because the email said pizza was ready to be pick up . Don’t waste your time ordering on line .
Terrible. Go somewhere else. My husband and I love little Caesar’s and the local one to us closed. Stopped here on the way home. Order was not ready when it should have been. My husband waited inside the store with like 15 other people for 20 mins. Workers did not have masks or gloves on. Got home and reheated the pizza and it was the worst pizza we ever had. Flavorless pizza, it was so gross. We just wasted our money.
This place should be shut down. They allow online orders to be processed when the store isn't even open. Then you have to fight to get your money back? How have they been able to stay afloat? And Doordarsh for delivery service was news to me. A never ending cycle of being assigned a driver and then losing them with no explanation. Wth?
Ordered through the app, got charged, went to pick it up, and store was closed. This was around 3PM on a Saturday. I am trying to get a refund, since I was charged and got no food, but have not received a response yet.

I placed an order online on 07/26/21 around 6:00 p.m. The order went through, but the store was closed. So an angry Door Dash driver called me to let me know. Why was this store closed at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday? Why was I able to place an order online if they were closed? I've had to call multiple times to get my money back. Do not order from this location.
