I called ahead for carry out. I had some difficulty finding the restaurant because the sign on the building said Family Bistro. The actual name was a smaller sign on a pole but I found it. I went in to pick up my order and they did not have it. Someone forgot to prepare the order so the owner our manager asked me to wait and I said I would. In a timely fashion my order was made but the true heart of customer service came out as I was offered another meal of eggs Benedict for free which I accepted. As I was paying my check he also offered me free coffee or drink. That’s the way to treat the customer. Wonderful to find this kind of service is still available. Was the food good. YES, it was! Will I come back? Yes, I will.
FIVE STARS UP AND DOWN!!!! This was the best breakfast/experience/service I’ve had in a longggg time! The atmosphere and staff were so pleasant! I felt so welcomed and taken care of. And the food was delicious!! The pancakes were so light and fluffy! Everything was hot and they kept the coffee coming! This team knows what they are doing. They do an amazing job running this restaurant, I could feel the family atmosphere which was so unique and special. This efficiency, kindness, overall service and quality you cant find anywhere but the Keystone Grill!
Excellent breakfast and the entire staff is helpful, happy and had my food out quickly. Food was excellent. Great place and recommend it to everyone!
We have been visiting this place even before we move to the area. Pre-pandemic, this used to be our regular weekend breakfast joint. Great food, big portions, but most importantly, amazingly friendly and courteous staff... Love coming here.
The Keystone Grill is one that I have been meaning to review, ever since the most recent time in Pennsylvania, since I have enjoyed going there when in this area. My experience here was really friendly, and welcoming, like they are cooking just for you. This is especially one of my favorites for diner style eateries of the early breakfast until late dinner open times schedule- where else do you feel welcomed and that they are cooking just for you?

Service was exceptional the owners constantly cleared the tables and kept our coffee ☕ filled and the food was very good and reasonsably priced. Been there before will go back again. We were there for breakfast.
