Would give 0 stars if i could. They gave me an uncooked sandwich, cold rock like hashbrowns and the wrong coffee. The worst dunkin in the area by far. Save your time and to the one on w. Main. You wont get food poisoning there.
Stood inside waiting to order (with no line) for over 15 minutes with the workers ignoring me and taking drive thru orders. The service was always shady but this took the cake!
WENT TO DRIVE THRU TO GET A COFFEE REP DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THE BRAND THE BUSINESS WAS SELLING THEN I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND HER FROM THE SO CALL MIC THAT WAS CUTTING IN AND OUT. I COMPLETELY BACK OUT INSTEAD OF DRIVING THRU. THEY DON'T DESERVE THE ONE STAR I HAD TO RATE THEM WITH ???.
Some times I wish they had more people working inside there .. but the few that's there does a great job ...
Do NOT stop at this Dunkin. Today was the final straw, sat at the drive thru for twenty minutes just to say that I had a mobile order. No one answered so we drove around to the front. No one was there and the drive thru window was wide open. Tried calling like 10 minutes without any answer.
Adequate but could have be better if it had larger parking lot
This location is probably the worst Dunkin. Just avoid it. I will stab myself to stay awake before I spend another 30 minutes getting one coffee at this location ever again.
Our hash browns were cold the coffee was horrible . Had to go back in from the the drive-thru and had to remake the coffee and warm up the hash browns and still didn't get the coffee right
Didn’t complete my order correctly had to pull through drive through twice just because they forgot my drink
A lady with red hair seemed to be the only person working in the store at the time. When I pulled up to the drive thru she was sitting down smoking a cigarette and quickly put it out when she seen me pull up. I had to wait for her to go back inside and take my order (which I didn’t realize until I got to the window). After I pulled up to the window I had to wait longer than I expected too being as though I was the only person in line when I first pulled up. The wait probably wouldn’t have bothered me on a different day but I was already turned off. The whole experience was terrible and very unprofessional.
