Ordered 2 iced coffees and they rang me up for regular coffees. Then they guy who took my order blamed me and said that is what you ordered. I didn't argue he was rude also ordered bacon on a sandwich and didn't get it I guess that was my fault too. Check your order usually no problems at this location but today horrible service
friendly staff ,been to few difrent dunkings and feels like they do their coffey with care .
This is my GO TO DUNKIN!! The staff goes above & beyond for your order! I go out of my way nearly every morning to come here and I’m always greeted with the warmest welcoming. My coffee is always perfect and the staff here goes out of there way to make sure everything is perfect. I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I’ve never had any issues. A lot of Dunkin Donuts are hit or miss depending on who’s making your order but not this one! It’s gotten to the point where the staff knows my regular orders! Take the extra 5 minutes out of your morning to come here, you won’t regret it!
I love there breakfast wraps in their coffee in the service there is nice and fast and if people are very kind I give them a thumbs up
Service is great this is the first time they messed up my drink ordered a strawberry refresher with coconut milk and I think the gave me a peach I didn't care for it so it was I waste of 4 bucks
Order from app to pick up inside store but the doors had a sign stating, “drive-thru only.”
Iced cold brew had chemical taste to it. Undrinkable. I threw it out.
Ordered by the Dunkin app for pickup. Got there and the drive thru was busy. I got to the order box, told them I had a pickup and a dude popped out the back door and handed it to me. Fricking awesome service. I'd recommend going inside to pick up though. Less chance for exemplary service, but less frustration watching cars creep along.

I ordered the wrong drink and when I explained to the employee who was making my drink, she corrected it for me with kindness and such professionalism . I truly felt bad as it was my mistake. Only reason why it wasn't a 5 star us my maple sugar bacon sandwich didn't taste like it was maple sugar bacon. It tasted regular which was disappointing ?
