Nice to be in a renovated store waiting for pizza … pizza was as expected.
First time to order from this location. I had placed my order before I read the reviews so you can imagine my skepticism while I waited for the food. I must say the order was good. The pizza was very thin which is different from what I have always gotten but was delicious delicious.
Long wait time. The answer was rude when I asked for a reason for the delay. They maybe under staffed but answer was not desirable.
Order contactless delivery and after 75 min when it was not delivered then called the Norristown location. The person picked up the call said he has only one driver so it’s taking time but canceled the order after 90 min waiting. Terrible service.
Updated review: have had virtually no issues lately, shortly after the store had opened there were clearly some operational issues but for the last few months have had no order delays or sudden cancellations and have had no issues calling into the store.
The store seems really understaffed. Quality of the food is good though. Staff seems not overly concerned about customer service. They aren't rude, just not enthusiastic.
I was concerned with all of the negative reviews, but I ordered online for carryout from this location and had no issues with my order or wait times.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATIONThis place has no business being open, in its current state. I ordered online, got a time estimate for the order to be ready. Waited more than double that time estimate, with no change to the order status, and hopped in the car to go see what was up. I got there 50 minutes after placing the order, and they hadn't even started making it yet. For some context, this is not some busy metro location where orders are flying in and pizza is flying out the door. I saw ONE person working the entire store, and he was pretty clearly in the weeds, being expected to make everything by himself. Makes sense now why no one picked up the phone when we called to check on things. Steer clear, until the owners figure out how to get some employees. I'd be shocked if this place lasts a year.
Horrible place, will never order here again. Ordered contactless pizza pizza and no proper service. It took 45 minutes to prepare and they put the pizza on oven always after you arrive. So under staffed...stay out of this place. One more they never pick up the phone.
I was excited to see a new location open up because we had SO MANY issues from the old location, but deeply disappointed to see the same issues. Long order times. Cancelled orders with no location. Inability to reach anyone at the store by phone (hung up on, or put on hold forever). Consistently understaffed. If there was a zero star option I would give it.
