Needs new management. Bad customer service. Sad it’s the only store that delivers in my area.Guess I’ll go to another store and pick it up for my grandson.

Unfortunately every time i try to order from this store it says they don’t accept orders unless you call in and then since you’re calling you cant use any of your online coupons from having a dominos account. Essentially makes this store useless. The next store is about 10 mins away and none of the stores within 25 miles deliver so unfortunately we just go to other pizza shops.
I asked for extra sausage and they didn’t even give me what I asked for and I paid for it ! This is the one on Park Ave !!
Terrible. Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and have me on a pizza hunt at 10:30 at night and when I told them to send me another one the person said they cut the ovens off. Doesn’t the store close at 12. Highly unsatisfied .
Too late even to prepare the pizza. Waited for an hour just to turn the status to prepare
Stay away from this location. After calling their phone several times, they kept hanging up on me. Then I drove down there to place my order in person. Got there to find one staff on duty- a very rude young lady who was obviously very overwhelmed told me very abruptly that she was busy at the moment and I would have to wait for her to take my order. Meanwhile, the phones kept on ringing nonstop. Eventually I left, after standing there being ignored for too long. The other new location down main street is waaaaay better.
Order from somewhere else. Order was canceled with no warning, couldn't even be given a reason why. Dude said he wouldn't acknowledge the free pizza coupon we had and if we wanted a pizza it would be full price.
This is a review for location on 2N Park Ave. I was reluctant to order as anytime I do so, there is a wait time issue regardless if you choose delivery or pick up. I decided to give it another try as this is a new location. Should have never done so. While order was completed rather quickly, when I got home I found that it was wrong. I called, the person who answered did not even bother to apologize, asked if I want to pick up the right item, I said yes. When I got there the employee said that he did not know that I wanted it redone as I hang up on him. No such thing. And another employee confirmed in front of me that I wanted it redone. He said ok, give me 10min. I had to wait again...He brought it out to my cat said here you go and left. Not at any time an apology was given for providing me with the wrong item. The worst customer service. Mistakes happen, at least educate them to accept the responsibility and please coach them on simple good manners, I m not even gonna attempt to suggest excellence in customer service
